I like animation in general, so as long as its has an appealing story I'll watch it no matter my age.

I've seen middle aged and senior citizens at comic book stores playing trading card games--

and a lot of older people that play MMOs--

I'm sure I'll be into video games and anime for quite a while, but probably my interest will taper off as I get older, more jaded w/ these things, make more money and have more travel opportunities-- (at least that's what I think)

I would've answered "hell yeah" 2 years ago, but now I'm kinda sick of it. Every new anime I try has so many similarities to the last one I watch. Same character personalities, story, randomness, and the insane/crazy/annoying fans that come with it. I still watch some...but I'm finding it harder and harder to find ones that I like.

Most assuredly. I am 25 now, married and a mom. I stopped watching for a few years after getting married, but then instead of continuing with that charade, I got my husband hooked on it too. Now we watch together! (and he is nearing 40, so there you have it )
I also have watched the more kiddy shows (read: Lil'Pri, Shugo Chara, etc) with my daughter. Though when she started picking up Japanese phrases (and not knowing what they meant), I put a stop to that for the time being. Somehow I didn't think Anime counted as TV, and if I won't let her watch TV yet, WTH am I doing letting her watch Anime??? We'll try that again when she's a bit older
