There are some characters who weren't able to be made in the series and only appears in the latest manga volume and videogame. They are:


Kou Yasaka


Yamato Nagamura


Hikage Miyakawa


Hinata Miyakawa

(Both siblings were rarely appeared in the series)


Hikaru Sakuraba


Fujuki Amahara


In this cover of volume 8 release on October 9, 2010, there are two unknown characters who were also friends of Tamura Hiyori or Kou Yasaka.

Update:

I've never seen this girl before. Perhaps she was appeared in some latest volumes of the manga.

Sakuraba Hikaru does appear briefly in the final episode of the anime.

It's so sad that so many awesome characters weren't in the anime T_T ... At least Hikaru-sensei, Hikage-chan, and Hinata-chan made brief appearances in the anime, though. Also, the anime has Minoru Shiraishi, who isn't in the manga... Anyway, you left out Izumi Wakase who appears in volume 7 of the manga. She's an "in-the-closet" otaku . I really fell in love with her in volume 7 <3!



Also, I'm very curious to see who that unknown character is myself! And also to find out more about the two girls from the Animation Research Club... Guess we'll probably find out in volume 8! It's so awesome that it comes out on my birthdary!
