I've noticed that CR has been getting some coverage on the main Boxee page. The boxee box contest is also a good sign. What would be an even better sign is if the CR folks could make some sort of announcement letting us know they are committee to the platform and fixing the bugs.

We'll be looking into the Boxee Box login issue but I don't have a time frame for when it will be fixed, yet. I'll provide updates when there are updates to report.

Ran into a new issue this week. While watching Cat Gods and Kamisama Dolls (9/12 and 9/13 respectively), I am unable to fast-forward/rewind and the cursor is showing on the screen. The playback is fine otherwise. I tried rebooting the Boxee but I get the same result.

This just started happening to me for the first time today. What I do to get around it is push the back/menu button, click "Go To Browser" only once (if you do this again it will actually stick on the browser) and then either wait a few seconds or press the back/menu button again to get rid of the player pop-up. This will hide the cursor and give back the video controls.

I think there's an issue with the CR media player where the mouse cursor doesn't stay disappeared. I noticed it on Boxee as well as on Firefox (Mac). I suspect the cursor behavior is messing up the other Boxee controls. Perhaps if the cursor issue is corrected on the PC platforms it will fix Boxee as well.

Two suggestions here (especially for the boxee box!!):

1) Option to turn off subs (mentioned by many others)

-and-

2) More Japanese, less English! Crunchyroll is still not as worthwhile as hunting down raws for those of us who are bilingual. Also, the ability to use the crunchyroll channel and view all show information/titles in the original Japanese would be a blessing!

Just finished having dinner with my wife and we couldn't get one video to load from the boxes box. I don't think boxes box app is worth it anymore.

New problem, all videos except the simulcasts are now blocked and show a pop-up that says they are for "Premium Members Only." I'm logged in with the app and at crunchyroll.com via Boxee Browser. Anyone else seeing this?

It's a nuisance now, but at least it appears as if someone is fiddling with the app a bit. Improvements ahead I hope.

also getting the "Permium Members Only" pop up box in all videos not selected from the featured simulcast list on the loading page. viewing thru boxee browser works...except when the browser crashes

My workaround for this has been to do a search for the series in either the CR app or Boxee's native search function. Then the videos will load.

Using the Boxee Browser is also another option. Hope this helps anyone struggling with this issue.
