So who else is looking forward to crunchyroll's manga site, has there been any updates or the like on it, when it will open or such?
Manga > Anime for me so a legal way for me to read manga and quicker would be great. xD

hmmmmmm it would be pretty kl i guess if they done that, but my only problem with that is any old series thats been completed and not finished yet may be forgotten and not done, like hareluya II boy, and just the amount of work that probably wouldnt ever be done

Well all crunchyroll said is that its coming "soon" but its been like 3 months and there hasnt been any updates since they've announced it >.>

It could be a 2011 project. Maybe they are waiting for some many manga companies to back them up. I don't know exactly why it is taking so long. I am just like you wondering and waiting.

well some research found the site name (jmanga.com) is on the crunchyroll IP subset.
i.e guessing thats going to be the site.

If they really made one, selection would be poor... so it'll really take a long time before they have a good library of LEGAL manga.

As their Anime library isn't that great...

I mean... they got a few good stuff... but they're still missing a lot... like One Piece... and Monster got taken down...

Agreed with jpd7 here. There is so many anime out there atm that I would love for CR to get ahold of but I'm sure the legal red tape is pretty thick. Manga would probably be just as bad to get a good selection. It's a good idea though
