Eat veggies, a lot of them
Eat less carbs, fatty and salty foods
and have at least 60 mins of workout everday
preferakbly 40 mins of cardio and 20 mins of strength

Well what about drinking juice and milk?

The only thing I can suggest is to aviod the buffet. Trust me..once you eat one plate, you'll eat 2 more.

Remember the law of thermodynamics:

your put more in than you expend, you will gain weight.
you eat less than you expend, you will lose weight.

Losing weight in a week is an unrealistic goal. Set a goal of 1 losing 1 pound per week. Exercise more, eat less. (find a sport you enjoy) Eat healthy- and make the change permanent. Losing weight is not "easy" as it takes time and effort. Once it comes off though, you'll ask yourself, why did I ever let myself become that way.

If you lose 5+ pounds in a week- it'll come back. 100% guaranteed. Why? It's likely mostly just water.

A good way to lose weight is regular exercise and a healthy diet, if you don't have either of those I suggest you start now, you'll see results real fast at first since your body had to adapt to the changes in diet and activity

Lol don't ever try it, and I'm about to find out how fast I can lose weight running my butt off every day for the next month my coach got real mad so many people were overweight so he's makin sure everyone is below they're weight class

yeah running really helps a lot durring summer soccer i got down to 89 pounds which scared my parents lol
i recommend doing a lot of hills run a mile to warm up then do some latters as well you'll lose weight fast :D

Wow you is tiny!!! I'm good to go for my weight in fact I actually wanna go down a class I'm in 171 and I'm tired of getting man handled by freaking midget hulks!!! Well I usually go and do 2 miles and run around the bleachers at school 3 time...god I hate those!!
