Down to 160, I hate how the heavyweight classes ar so spread out and running is fun! Just hate those bleachers your entire leg burns from that work out

Don't jump onto any bandwagon plans you read on internet or fliers for weightloss; they don't work.

Here are simple steps:
1. Count your calories. Don't eat more than you need. Refer to authentic online sources to see how much calorie you need per day for your weight category.

2. Calorie isn't bad, it's where you get the calorie from. Example, calorie from fries and calorie from a piece of fruit aren't the same. The fries-calorie comes with additional fat, oil, sodium. Calorie from a piece of fruit come with natural sugar, vitamins, etc. Think before you eat.

3. Don't starve yourself. People tend to starve themselves to lose weight fast, but keep in mind that when you starve yourself, you're doing more harm than good. Sure, you may look thinner, but your overall physical composure won't look any better.

4. Exercise. You need to burn more calories you consume from #1. Don't just run or do cardio. Some weight lifting, even if you're a girl, helps you lose tons of calories. (Rebuilding muscle from weight lifting burns a lot of fat!)
