I had recently purchased the Haruhi "No Normal Humans" shirt in black, but what arrived was a Haruhi "I Would Die For Haruhi" shirt in blue. If Crunchy isn't going to send the item that is advertized and PAYED for, they really don't need tp be doing these deals at all...Has this happened to anyone else?

I have the same problem with the same "I would die for Haruhi" substitution. That's a far cry from "No normal human" and not one that I would ever want to wear. I've submitted a complaint, but gotten no response yet.

I've submitted two complaints plus this post. Gotta say I've never seen Crunchy's Customer Support this bad..They need to at least own up to their mistake.

I don't know how many people CR has working as support staff, but I have seen mention of BasouKazuma as currently being in the process of moving. It may take him some time to get settled in and start answering e-mails and solving problems again. That may be the hold up.

Seems like no one on their team reads the forum until Boz is back. See other people having issues as well with them. Crunchy doesn't seem to have even subpar customer service..

Sorry, I'm the only one who reads and responds to the support emails and am usually the only one reading and responding here. But I'm back now so we will be taking care of this.

From the emails, I think everyone got the wrong shirt so it may take a little time to sort this out. I actually did see some emails about this before I headed out so I did tell the proper staff member about this and I see now that shortly after, he responded back to say that he contacted the vendor. Unfortunately, that's the last I've heard on the subject.

The best thing you can do is not wear or take the tags off of the shirt since it may end up needing to be returned at no extra cost to you. When I have more information, I'll post here again and will also be responding to everyone through email.

We heard back from the vendor and they are currently re-sending the proper T-shirts to everyone along with a pre-paid return package. So, when you receive this, simply put the first shirt you received (the one with the wrong design) in the return package and mail it back to the vendor.

Did anyone get their shirt yet? Its been more than two weeks and Im still waiting for mine, plus Im going back to my dorms on january, this is ridiculous!

I received a generic Crunchy Roll t-shirt I was not expecting, but no further instructions. Is this a random gift? If so, thank you. But I still want my "No Normal Humans" t-shirt. Can we get an update?

If you purchased the following Daily Deal, it came with a free Crunchyroll T-Shirt that we packed and sent out.

I'll have to see about the status of those Haruhi shirts though since a different company was responsible for packing and shipping those.
