Buffering problems

There is another problem with the new provider. I'm experiencing buffering problems during peak hours. The only reason I am subscribing is because performance was fantastic. But, something happened, and your new provider is TOO SLOW and can't handle the customer capacity. The buffering problem occurs once every minute and stops streaming for 10 seconds. This is occuring during PEAK hours, around lunchtime and dinner time.

I guess crunchyroll really didn't care about the customers, if they feel risks like switching providers would be acceptable. Deal with it!

I second this. I've been suffering slow and regular buffering for the last month or so. The new provider simply doesn't have the performance of whatever provider was being used before. I do hope that Crunchyroll realises that people pay for the service and expect quality in return. It's the main reason we pay. The second reason being that we're supporting the service given.

I, for one, would like to see my money go to good use. That is to say, equal performance over the whole customer base.

Please Crunchyroll, fix this. And don't just fob it off as somebody else's problem. You chose the provider. If necessary, choose another.

To further this, the routing provided is certainly... interesting.

With Google DNS:

5 17 ms 15 ms 15 ms xe-0-1-0.mpr1.lhr1.uk.above.net [64.125.27.146]
6 169 ms 120 ms 99 ms tge1-4.fr3.lon.llnw.net [195.66.224.133]
7 * 129 ms 77 ms tge7-2.fr3.ams.llnw.net [69.28.171.93]
8 * * 163 ms ve6.fr3.ams3.llnw.net [68.142.80.230]
9 22 ms 42 ms 212 ms fcds158.ams.llnw.net [87.248.199.145]

UK to Arizona, to North Carolina, to Italy. Huh?

With OpenDNS:

5 xe-0-1-0.mpr1.lhr1.uk.above.net (64.125.27.146) 29.109 ms 135.831 ms 80.545 ms
6 tge1-4.fr3.lon.llnw.net (195.66.224.133) 47.577 ms 45.295 ms 22.464 ms
7 tge7-2.fr3.ams.llnw.net (69.28.171.93) 29.345 ms 196.767 ms 94.999 ms
8 ve6.fr3.ams3.llnw.net (68.142.80.230) 48.585 ms * 189.328 ms

Uk to Arizona to, surprise surprise, North Carolina.

Something doesn't seem quite right there. Why am I hopping half way across the globe, only to end up hopping back to land in Italy? Or just ending up the other side of the globe? Surely I should be hopping directly to Italy?
