Occult Academy shows episodes 1 through 6, skips 7 then lists 8 on my roku. Episodes 9 - 13 aren't showing up.

Episodes 1-5 played perfectly however episode 6 won't load even after multiple attempts.

My provider is Comcast.

I just signed up for the CR Premium subscription and noticed that 'Pretty Cure' does not show up at all on the Roku. I have added it to my favorites and when I try to look it up on my Roku, it does not show up. Nor does it show up Alphabetically under the 'P'. Will this series be added to the Roku soon?

Is there a way to be able to update the pages on the series to show that some content is not available on some devices similar to how some other providers operate? (Simple example on the series page: "Pretty cure in its entirety is currently not available on Devices. Starting with episode one, it should be available in Early April 2011.")

I have some success with this issue by clicking once on fast forward then once on play.On the 30 minute episodes it seems to work better.On the 60 minute episodes, I watch to the end completely through All adds let it take me to the Episode screen, then I click to load the next episode. When these two techniques don't work, I back All the way out to the CR home screen and start from there. And last, there are times when it won't load I reset my wireless on the roku. Not every technique works ever time but I have a much better success rate with doing this when they just won't load normally.

There was an update to some backend stuff that may have screwed up the links between Roku boxes and user accounts. So if you're a premium member and aren't getting premium access, try this:

Is this also supposed to solve the problem with episodes just not loading? It brought up some favorties that were nto showing before, but NOTHING loads. Everything times out. The service is getting progressively worse.

It shouldn't affect streaming though there is an update in the works that will change how the videos are streamed. What you're experiencing is probably still due to the issue with our service provider that we're still trying to locate and have them resolve. It's already been a long and arduous process to get this fixed.

Correct, your service no longer works with Roku - at least with the dramas. I have now paid for a couple of premium months with actually less product than before I started paying. Until you find a competent service provider, my subscription is being canceled.

On the off chance that this might help with my Occult academy issue I tried the drop the channel, deactivate, add chan & reactivate bit you mentioned.

There was no change in my problem. I'm having a hard time understanding how the provider you use allows me to see only a partial amount of episodes.

I'm not expecting an instant fix but since my daughter asks me every day I'd like to have some acknowledgement that you are at least aware of the problem. A possible solution would be nice.

With the exception of getting Gosick episodes very quickly I'm beginning to wonder why I'm paying for premium access.

In the same boat. Dramas like "Brilliatn Legacy" just sit at the loading screen on my Roku until I get kicked back to the CR menu. I tried the various fixes listed but it doesn't help.

Anime seems mostly OK, that I've checked though.

I'm on Cox cable internet.

I noticed the anime show "White Album" was added to the Roku side a while back but so far only episodes 14-26 show up when I check into it.

Is this a glitch or a licensing issue perhaps?

If a video is missing, it means we have yet to add it. They will be added eventually but we still have over a thousand of videos to get through and each of these needs to be converted to 8 different formats.

Edit: Fixed Haruhi's episode order and episode 9 (formerly listed as 14) should be ready by tonight. Occult Academy 9-13 should be ready by tonight but episode 7 may take some more time.

Want to note a audio/subtitle issue on Episode 13 of "Skip Beat". The audio and subtitles are delayed by around 10-15 seconds behind the action animation/video.

ok why is the problem i am having only with roku no matter what i try to load right now on the roku it wont load but on the website
i can load 720p fine for any of the anime!

can you tell me why this is?

Koihime Musou (just the first season) is apparently streaming through the Roku at 4:3 instead of the proper aspect ratio for the series, 16:9.
