I'm glad you came out with the updated CR channel on Roku. Unfortunately I'm still having the same problem even with the updated channel (almost all videos hang on "retrieving", then kick me out).

Still using my computer on my tv because of lack of 720p on the Roku.

Thought it would be in this update, but guess not.

Still having issues with the Roku player, can't get any Anime's to play.

I'm having the same problems too.

I'm also having problems loading Dramas, it was just working fine the other day.

Same issues here. Streaming via pc has been working well again, but roku still hanging on retrieving and then crashes back to select screen.

Quick Fix

I recently had problems with my Roku box: No Premium Service! No Favorites, and can't play the Premium Shows.

However, today I went to the Crunchyroll Home page on the Roku set, and selected the Link Account button. There, in 5 seconds, I got back my Premium Service and everything started to work again.

I guess that something must have happened during the recent updating process at either Crunchyroll server or the Roku server, and our account info is somehow lost. One just need to relink the account to activate the Premium service on the Roku box.

I've had to relink my account, but it still hasn't resolved the issue with videos not playing. Last night we watched two episodes (Dong Yi) on the TV using Roku, but the third just wouldn't load. We started watching it on the iPad. About halfway through, that kept pausing as if it were trying to cache. Went back to the TV and Roku and it loaded fine. Very strange.

I am also having problems viewing on my Roku its been working fine on the computer and my Ipad. When I try to load the episode on the Roku it times out and gets stuck on retrieving.

I am having trouble with Bleach. I get season 1-8 but then then season 9 all it lists is ep 168, and it skips season 10-13 I get season 14. I was having my own bleach]marathon but now I can not watch anything past season 8

I don't know if you guys were done with the video re-encoding or not, but considering all the recent updates I thought I would mention that Natsu No Arashi! eps 14-end are still missing the subs.

I'm glad you finally fixed the ordering of episodes and such on Via apps btw.... no maybe I can add a whole series to my favorites and it won't try to play the last episode first.

Still not done encoding. Should be done by the end of April unless more delays arise.

I updated the first post so, if anyone is experiencing problems where available videos aren't playing, provide the requested network tests.

again roku not loading vids

I'm still having problems with Roku. I'm a Premium member, fine on PC, but barely functional on Roku.

Now just about everything fails to load...the only thing that consistently works is the most recent "Bleach" episodes. I did the tests requested on the 1st page and noticed that I seemed to always get a "request timed out" for at least 1 of 4 pings.
