WD HDTV Live Plus, I also have it via my Vizio TV both didn't work as of last night (10pmish). This was on Eps 1-3, but I will check to see if this has been corrected.

Is there a problem with the Roku servers for Crunchyroll tonight? I have not been able to connect to Crunchyroll from my Roku box. The other channels seem to be working OK.

Now with the CR channel update I had to link my account again and now my queue is gone. What happened? Everything was just fine before.

EDIT:

Even though the videos seem to play okay, the channel itself moves painfully slow to even get to the option to play an episode.

Yeah, Im having problems with my roku connecting to the servers tonight too. Its loading painfully slow, and on the occation im getting the
message to try later. All my other apps are running fine.

i'm not able to load CR on Roku either. It looks like there was some kind of update, since the symbol is different.

edit: it looks like it's going Very, very slowly.

Haven't seen anyone mention it yet, but as of today all sub-titles are working again (new episodes) on VIA. Big thanks to the CR team for getting that fixed!

I can get into the top level menu, after a very long wait loading the channel app, but that's it. Trying to access a series reports that it cannot connect to the video service. Also takes a very very long time to exit back out of the channel.

All other Roku channels appear to be working fine.

No subtitles are appearing for me whatsoever on any videos, old or new, since the new design. This is kinda a big deal since it basically makes the channel useless to anyone who isn't fluent in Japanese.

Please fix this soon, my Roku is my main means of watching Crunchyroll (and the Crunchyroll channel is the sole reason I bought a Roku).

Howdy all!

Apologies for the blanket response.

1. Slowness - Can I please get feedback on whether Roku is still experiencing slowness? We put a fix into place yesterday to resolve most of these issues and are continuing to work to optimize performance.

2. (fix is in place for this) No Subtitles for US Users - We are currently investigating why this is an issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.

3. (fix is in place for this) 100 episode limit - This is mostly affecting Drama at the moment, but we are also looking into this issue.


If there is anything else out of the ordinary going on with Roku right now, please let me know.

No issues here seems to work slight bit faster to. I do like the new CR logo for Roku.
