In Gintama Episode 115, I cant fast forward because it stops at the middle of the opening. I can view the whole episode but can't fast foward.

It is still happening. It is mostly happening to Gintama episodes in Season 3(~124). I can watch the whole episodes, but I can't fast forward because it stops at around 7 minutes.

Anyone else not able to see their queue on Roku anymore?

I unlinked my account and then activated it again, but it still only shows the search, anime, and drama categories.
What happened to the queue?

Same here (as of 7:07 PM CDT).

No doubt it is a glitch on CR's end they will need to fix.


Given that this happened on a Friday evening when they have a convention coming up over the weekend, it might be a while.

That's a glitch that happens when the image thumbnails (that show up when fast forwarding) weren't generated for the rest of the video. If you can report specifically which videos you have the problem with, we can fix them.

We'll look into that now.

Edit: I think there was a recent update pushed to fix an issue with advertisements crashing. So a fix for this may require a new version to be submitted and approved.

I've noticed that Crunchryoll on Roku has been loading quite poorly (very slowly) for a day or so now.

Tried watching some Digimon last night and it was unwatchably slow. Space Brother was fine this morning, but tried to watch more Digimon this afternoon and it was really slow again. I just gave up and went back to watching on my laptop.

Watched stuff on our Roku last night and this morning without issue (other than blanks spaces where commercials presumably used to be in episode 2 of Air Master).

Overall, the Roku app has proven to be far more reliable than the PS3 one. Smoother playback for sure and little to none of the crash hassles.

Ah, yes, another Crunchyroll screwup. See, this is why I will never ever ever sign up for premium membership. As ticked off as I am now, I'd really be pissed if I were actually PAYING for this aggravation.

So here's the LATEST issue: when I try to download a video, I get the "Loading" screen, and then it bounces right back to the home page. No matter which video I'm trying to load. Every single damn time. Nothing's wrong with my Roku box or internet connection. Amazon and Netflix work just fine. So...any hope this'll get fixed? Eventually?

I'm having this same issue. Each time i hit play on an episode, any episode on any show, the CR app crashes back to desktop.

As I noted, my queue was also missing when I checked, but I later noticed the "link account" button was also present, and when I re-linked my account, my queue was back.

(I only use my Roku for 480p programming, so I can go days without using it for Crunchyroll).

Had you considered the possibility that your CR app on the Roku has become corrupted, and tried any remedies based on that assumption (i.e, restarting the Roku, or removing and re-installing the app)?

I have no such problems here, and note there are no other reports here recently of that problem.

Is he in the same area of the country as you? (He lists Harrisburg, PA).

Also, did you try either of the procedures I mentioned?
