Can I have an example of some shows this has happened on?

I'll pass your feedback along to development.

As we did not make the app, there's really nothing more than I can do except say I'm sorry.

If this is posted at me, the series where it happens is anything CrunchyRoll that is on the WebVideos app - though my wife mostly watches Korean drama real-human series - and all exhibit this - it also has happened with a few tried-on-purpose-to-check Anime series as well. And skipping away from CrunchyRoll entirely doesn't help - under the same WebVideos app there is, for example, the Revision 3 set of "series" - these are techie shows with episodes per series just like CrunchyRoll's dramas, just techie-oriented. stuff instead. Watch a couple of these shows, move on to the next, horrendous stuttering.

Get disgusted with the WebVideos app so start watching the entirely-separate YouTube app - watch video after video after video - no stuttering. Switch over to, say, the Amazon app and watch a couple full-length multi-hour movies end-to-end - no stuttering.

Flingo's forum posts about this are not getting much, if any, attention.

BTW - your responses are all appreciated and it is readily apparent the problem is NOT CrunchyRoll-specific since other channels under the same WebVideos app exhibit the same behavior - I just wanted to make it known to you guys that THE method a significant group of CrunchyRoll viewers use to view CrunchyRoll videos - namely direct-to-Vizio-TV streaming via Flingo's WebVideos app, is broken for at LEAST the aforementioned model of Vizio internet-enabled TV.

That was a question for another user.

I understand you are frustrated with the app.

It is a third party app. We did not create it.

You need to follow up in their forums.

It happens with every single show I try. Culture Japan, My Girlfriend is an agent, Hanasaku Iroha, Ozma... just to name a few. All shows I used to watch and can still do on my Android tablet, but not on Roku anymore.

Can you walk me through exactly what happens, starting from when you open the app?

Nothing much to say. I just open the app, It logs me automatically, I go to the queue list (up one),click on a series in my queue to continue watching and it gives me "Error There is currently no content available for this series." And this is foe every single one I try. And it's not my account since it works on my Android app. And it was working well before this week.

Can you try logging out of your account and then playing the videos for the shows you're having issues with and let me know if they play when you're not logged in?

I did and it works. I can see the episodes when I'm not linked to my account.

Even if I did try to unlink and relink with no success before (still no episodes). I now tried to relink and I can now see them. I dont know if you did something, but now everything works again

For episode 14 of Kimi ni Todoke S1 the timing of some of the subtitles in that episode is really off. They show up at the right time but disappear far to quickly and the character is still talking with no subs on the screen. So, unless you're a speed reader, you have to pause or back track sometimes to read everything.

I don't know if this affects the episode in general for all platforms because I watched it on the Roku.

EDIT:

Catalog title so it's probably like that if you watch it from the DVDs too.

I'm having issues with the Roku app. Shows are slow to load, and sometimes stop and have to rebuffer. This is only happening with the Crunchyroll app. I've tested HD content in Hulu, Netflix, and Flixster, and all load quickly and play smoothly in HD.

My connection isn't blazing fast, but it's plenty good, 26.7 mbps according to last speed test, and I have a full bar of wi-fi signal.

Any ideas, or is it maybe just a CR server issue?

Edit: btw, this has been happening for about a week now, with all shows I've tried watching.

Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the channel to see if this does anything?
