I do know that, apparently, Baker is the only customer service person they have working this whole site. If he's been sick or whatever, then no one picks up the slack.

I think CR needs to up their service workforce. A product or service is only as good as the customer experience. Right now, the customer experience is severely lacking.

My apologies, I had the flu last week and was working from home in a limited capacity.
I've spent most of this week catching up.

We're still working with Limelight, however they claim that they have resolved the problem.

If you're still having issues, please give me shows / episodes / times during shows issues occur.
At this point the operations team is telling me that we need reproducible information.

Saint Seiya Omega Episode 43 at 5:30 Central. I get the message "This program will begin after this message" Program never plays.
The Unlimited Episode 1 at 5:31 Central. Get same message, doesn't play.
I'm pretty sure I can go on for all the stuff in my queue...

I'm getting the same exact problem. Though after about 10 seconds the program will load without any ad at all. Sorry Bjaker for the rude comment. I do hope you feel better. I didnt even bother to check my roku. Everything seems to run fine other then the ads not showing up on any of the shows. Since everything seems to be working fine again I will probably be resubscribing now

I have been experiencing the same/similar problem this week.
The "Your Program will begin after this message" hangs for ten seconds and the screen goes black. If I back out of the program and try again, the same thing usually happens but sometimes the commercial will load and the episode will play. Just now I tried seven times to watch ep. 10 of Natsume Youjin-cho . On the eighth try the commercial played and the episode began. Out of curiosity I paused the program and backed out to the episode guide and now can't resume the program (same black screen) after six tries.

Immediately prior to trying to watch Natsume, I watched an episode of Panda Cafe without any issue. I just tried playing ep. 11 of Panda Cafe and it loaded fine! Went back to Natsume and no go.

my roku is not showing videos the screen goes black after the "Your Program will begin after this message" need help i have tried to watch different shows to see if its just the show i was trying to watch but its all of the shows i try.

Thank you Bjaker, watched a couple of episodes on Tuesday and Wednesday night without any if the slow loading issues. However, when watching Bakemonogatari I noticed that the string if mini preview windows that usually appears when skipping forward or back did not appear. The show did skip back/forward but there was no visual representation of where I was skipping to in the show. Just to be clear, it is not that the mini preview windows were blank, it's that they never popped up at all. Instead, the show itself remained full screen and paused till I hit "play."I tried some other anime series and they did not exhibit this problem. I then went back to Bakemonogatari which still exhibited the issue.

Interesting....
Other than that streaming seems alright?

It looks like this is affecting Free Users atm, so may be an ads issue. Looking into it.

Yes, playback on my Roku is back to normal aside from that (yay! and thank you again). The lack of mini preview windows on one series is obviously not a big deal but I wanted to make you aware of it in case it is a bug that could snowball into bigger problems if left unchecked.

I was able to watch Hunter X Hunter Episode 28 at 4:17pm Central! Not sure if the issue is fixed or just got lucky

Good to hear some folks are able to view shows.

Tried Natsume, Mystic Archives of Dantalian, Galaxy Express 999, Chi's Sweet Home, Un-Go and Captain Harlock with no luck this evening.

Thanks for looking into this!


P.S. I should add that recently I only get commercials two-thirds of the time. I tried one more time and am now watching Polar Bear Cafe and no commercial was shown.
