There seems to be a problem at the moment with ads and free users, so yes, if you become premium it won't have those problems as there are no ads.

Trying again and again to access shows became too frustrating so I went for the premium membership. So far, so good.
As they say in Japan, しょうがないね!

Crunchyroll, if this was an attempt to upsell your freeloading Roku users, I salute you!

Sorry about posting so late, but it looks like crunchyroll is working well on roku without constant stops to load during an episode.

Well I was able to watch Hunter X Hunter... The ones that won't work are THE UNLIMITED, Sword Art Online, My Ordinary Life (Nichijou), Saint Seiya Omega, etc etc.

Don't be afraid to use the edit button, it doesn't bite. CR is aware of the issue with ads for free users and are looking into it, triple posting with no real information isn't going to make it get fixed any faster. Just be patient and wait for an update from Bjaker.

Episodes from a lot of shows on the crunchyroll feed in Vizio Via web videos aren't showing up anymore. They were all there yesterday, now shows are just missing. Namely noticed since I'm going through Hunter X Hunter and now half the episodes are gone. Is it a glitch? Is something being updated? Or is this how it's going to be now?

Yep, same issue here on Roku: "This program will begin after this message", then nothing further. Perhaps it cannot find the appropriate ad to show and thus freezes?

Minor issues. I have two Roku
1. CR hasn't played properly with consistency on ROKu (either) since 2/11.
2. CR Customer support ignores my emails
3. Both of my roku can play amazon, hulu, crackle just fine and I'm running a 19mbps download connection speed.
4. I go to play a stream and it says something like "please wait a moment while your video loads" then all I get is a blank picture that lasts forever.
5. I have emailed CR almost every day since 2/11 and still no resolution
6. I have run your V1 cmd script and it inidicated there were no issues.
7. Does CR honestly think I'm going to purchase primium if they can't even stream any videos properly. One of my ROku hasn't been able to stream a video, mind you ANY VIDEO from CR in 3 days.

This is entirely maddening. I'm about to swear off CR forever and since its wasted so much of my time and give so much frustration...if it comes to that maybe I'll turn them in for false advertising to the BBB, FCC, state attorney, ROKU and every other customer rights group I can find.

Hi,

I just bought a couple WD TV live streaming units model # WDBHG70000NBK-VESN, they were pretty much bought to stream crunchyroll, after getting the devices up and running, I noticed that random episodes were missing from each series.

Generally speaking you'll see a series with random episodes missing from the list.
as an example for The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
for season 1 episodes 7,8,10,12 were only listed
for season 2 episodes 4,6,9,11, and 14 were only listed

several hours later, i took a look again and this time, again there were still episodes missing but the numbers were different.

This appears to occur on every series that I tried looking at, and some series also show no episodes at all.

scanning the web i noticed that this problem seemed to recently appear on other devices as well (after what appears to be a total loss of content to many devices that was seemed to have been addressed).

I just want to make sure that crunchyroll are aware of the issue, and if it is possible to correct it, if it can't be correct in a short period of time etc.. please let me know so that I can return the units and find something else that will work.
