Sorry that I haven't popped in recently!
Things have been increasingly busy with the release of the Xbox app, our Store and adding the ability to contact us directly from the iOS apps. E-Mail will continue to be the fastest way to get official support from CR Staff. Just use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. I've emailed you guys twice about the same issue one of them a week ago.
Crunchyroll isn't letting me access my queue and when I exit the app it unlinks and doesn't let me link the account back up so I have to come on my laptop and deauthorize it and reauthorize it. Guess what? once I do that It still doesn't let me access my Queue and some of the shows. What's going on? My iphone app works better than this :/ |

Ok update:
I know why it didn't work if anyones having the same problem as I am go to your queue on your computer and if you have any of the Bandai shows like Gundam in the queue delete them since obviously CR pulled those due to the rights issues and VIOLA it will work on Roku |

I was having some playback issues on the Roku app this morning (11am-ish, NY), it would just black out trying to upload the first advertisement and stay like that :/ I was trying to watch the first season of Chihayafuru if that makes any difference or not lol.
I know there were some playback issues on the site a few days ago, not sure if it's related or not. Thanks for the help |

The Roku 3 was announced... CR should totally get Roku with HD soon... Maybe by spring? or something... I would die of happiness if CR got Roku in HD... not 480... maybe 1080p if the show supports it (which i think is unlikely since most of the devices with HD is only maxed up to 720p...)

Hi, I just got the Roku 3, and have the same problem, I tried un linking and linking and I still get the "Your program will begin after this message", doesn't go passed that. Any ideas?
