How fat are you?

This is a weird question... the only thing that really measures how "fat" you are is your BMI, not your height and weight (and no, you can't correctly measure your BMI just from height and weight). By BMI, I'm technically quite a bit underweight, but not to the point of being unhealthy.


And for god's sake, don't let anyone under 18 get any ideas from this post about dieting to lose weight. Unless you have gone through puberty and your body is fully developed, dieting can mess up your metabolism for life. If you try to starve yourself or take diet pills when you are a teenager, it teaches your body to store whatever fat it can. When you become an adult, those metabolic changes you forced when you were young will catch up with you and will gain weight even if you are eating healthy and exercising.

Message: Don't try "dieting" if you are under 19. Just eat healthy and exercise.

Sufficed to say, I'm not as skinny as I want to be. I still have some fat to lose, but I'm definitely not as heavy as I was two years ago. 230+ to 170-ish. Now all I have to do is fixate my diet. Though me still having some fat on me is a relative good thing, it means I can get gains easier then being a twig.

I'm bit overweight since I have layer of chub on my tummy but I exercise a whole lot and I am eating a lot healthier. I am a collegiate track athlete so I need to lose this fat so I can get even faster I'm like 5'9 157lbs

o_o I'm 5'2 and weight about 94 pounds. But I'm a girl! Although everyone think I'm unusually skinny and one time my friend even told me if I called myself fat she would slap me so hard that I would turn fat...
Although I have this other tiny Asian friend and if you first saw her you would think she was anorexic. She is so skinny that she has heart problems. She considers people like me "normal weight" she thinks a lot of people who are skinny "normal weighted" and people who weigh over 120 at her age (she is 14) fat. Ya, she has problems and we fight 24/7 but I love her xD

JKK, My legs and arms are puny but i have a flabby tummy which is not very good and healthy !!!
*sigh* i gotta start eating healthy so i can gain some HEALTHY weight.

._. I'm hispanic too, but I don't have trouble with weight. But most of my food is organic and vegan, and I don't eat too much Mexican food, so may be that just depends.

Oh buy you're also in SoCal, so I can see why you would have issues x) It is kinda hard to fine truly good food around here, especially in Mexican districts >_<

Well, I look pretty "thin" no matter how much weight lifting I do. :\
I don't do much cardio solely because I don't want to look even MORE thin :\ BUT I LOVE JOGGING! Esp. Early in the morning. I don't do it often though.

5 ft 9 in and i weigh 110 at most on a good fat day that i ate a lot. I'm a tiny it sucks.
