I fucking hate the snow.
I used to love it as a kid. Snow men, snowball fights, sledding, perhaps even a day off from school.

Now though, i can't stand it.
Started when i was in the army. After i spend 13 hours with no feeling at all in my toes, and having to get up in the middle of the night to man an impromptu foxhole while my nuts froze to ground. I was not a big fan.
And now, everytime there is snow, traffic grinds to a fucking halt. Even if the roads are perfectly fine, snow crystals are apparently the cryptonite to a large portion of driving population. I have a 20-25 minute drive to practice and it's quite difficult for me when 90% of people are suddenly struck by snow induced retardation.

Lol same here, I'm not attempting to drive even though I need food. I might walk the hour to the shops, take my dog with me He loves the snow coz he's an Alaskan Malamute

Usually we don't get snow in my part of the UK, but this year there has been so much!
I wish people would just stop and enjoy it.

I love the snow! It is so pretty on all the trees and bushes. But I am only a fan of small amounts...once you get over a foot (like we did last year, wihch is unusual for Virginia) it becomes paralyzing to a state that isn't used to it. And it causes nothing but trouble. In fact, we got about 3-4 inches in Richmond a couple days ago, and there were over 1500 accidents reported. People just can't drive in the stuff...

This picture was taken during the first accumulation we had on 12/13. Which we ended up with about 2 inches.
