With the recent ban in Tokyo of manga and anime in the interest of the 'development' of healthy youth in Japan (lol!) coming into effect this summer, will we see a drop in licensing on part of distributors in the US?

With the likes of Governor Shintaro Ishihara and LDP assemblyman Masatsugu Mihara pretty much telling publishers and animators they can cry all they want but their protests are meritless. Do you feel that this will affect licensing in the US? Will we see a decline in titles

Ehh, not really. The ban only really affects things such as ecchi/mature content. And the U.S. has laws against nudity, so I don't really expect it to affect the U.S. much.
