Any chance for a Windows Phone 7 app?

Why do you guys always do this.

When Crunchyroll got an IPhone app you guys said get a Android App now when they get an Android app you say get a Windows 7 App

Same thing with Boxee when they got boxee you said get Roku when they got Roku you say get a Apple TV and Google TV App.

Once they get a windows 7 app people are going to say get a Blackberry app then people are going to say get a Nokia App.

It is never going to stop. I mean really can't you just use you're computer with a HDMI to your TV or can't you use M.Crunchyroll.com?

Use M.crunchyroll.com if you have flash it will work on your phone.

Crunchyroll puts a lot of time, effort and money into making these apps yet you guys don't have any gratitude a bunch of comments said finally that is so rude, since it is hard to make an android video app really hard. Hulu and Netflix are 50 times more popular then crunchyroll but they don't have an android app and neither of them are available outside of the US.

Dude, why are you mad? Are you the dev here at CR that makes app, I guess not. I am a developer myself and would like to see the anime I like on the phone I use. So sorry for not having an iPhone or Android. I think everybody here that is a premium member should have the right to ask for new features. So piss off man.

hey if yours is from the version a, and you didn't upgrade it then it should be 1.6

but you can upgrade to 2.1 by from SE's website :)

hope it helps~

Yeah it is exactly as you said but right after I put my post up I Googled it and found it right away. It's so fast right now I'm crapping bricks. It is a great update, I can't wait for CR to go to all members on it.

I can't wait until they come out of alpha and are climbing on the tip of beta, then jump into full release with graze, silver wings and an app that is flawless.

Just loaded the app on my Galaxy S. Works great!

Pros:
- Really clean and intuitive
- Loads with simulcasts on the first screen so there's no hunting around for the shows I have to watch right away
- Video playback works well. Some parts where the video got choppy, but not any more than it does in the browser on my laptop using the same wifi

Cons:
- No way to filter shows by category/genre
- It'd be nice to be able to access account info/site features inside the app
- No way to turn subtitles off

Dude chill. Its nice to have an actual app for the platform. I know when I tried to use the m.crunchyroll.com site I couldn't go full screen with flash 10.1 on my Incredible. I had to zoom on the minimized video and even then it would cause the sides to cut off. Also the video didn't always play right. Sometimes a screen would get stuck but the audio kept playing. These problems aren't present when running the app now. So if Windows Phone 7 is anything like it was on my android phone then I don't see the harm in asking for an app.

And as far as the computer+HDMI+TV goes you can't carry your PC and TV everywhere you go. Me personally I use that setup at my house but if I am not there I am going to use the app.

btw the Hulu example you gave doesn't really stand since they block Android phones from viewing content. They will be making an app for Android, but it will be for Hulu Plus which you have to pay for.

Yay....THANKS SHINJI AND TEAM...
I've tested with the newest Naruto Shippu at my T-Mobile My Touch Slide, 3G network and it worked perfectly with no stops, lag or anything else. Will test it more...

Thanks again for the great Christmas present.

Merry Christmas to all and Happy New Year!

Love this app! I've been waiting for this to come to the Android phones! Works great on my HTC Evo 4G! I know it's just starting and a lot of things can be improved on, but it works, so that's really all that matters for me right now!

I LOVE IT! Thanks CR! ^^ After a weird update on Evo 4G I wasn't able to playback videos cos they would sound horrible, the voices would be delayed and sound demonic. Then, I downloaded Adobe, and when I paused videos on CR from my phone the video would keep going, causing everything to be delayed. So, I tested the CR App, it works flawlessly. Thank you CR! You'll make my college days more fun while waiting for my carpool-mate to get out of class, etc. Or if I just want to watch something on my phone cos my internet is down (Charter sucks)...

FWIW, I think this might be an opportunity to offer an ad-free app eventually for premium members. I have more time to watch anime on the go than at home and will likely spend even more time watching it with a dedicated app. With the samsung tablet and the rumored update for the NookColor, this might make portable entertainment viewing a wonderful experience. Regardless of the ads, I am definitely excited by this app and just really want to thank everyone involved for their hard work and dedication. You are all very much appreciated!
