What an infinitely lame thread.

I was bored. I'm guessing you were too when you posted this.

I was really trying to express my disliking for facebook and point out how lame it was to make a thread on a forum, on a different website, about something that is lame in the first place.

Is that hard to believe?

I'm trying to leave the impression that facebook sucks and its users are shallow sorry people who seriously lack real content and in their life. Hopefully that way, maybe the facebook users would keep their facebook updates to facebook.

Tbh, I just go on cause I'm bored. Bit like crunchyroll, really.
It's also a useful way of not using up a shitload of mobile credit when I'm in Ireland. Did you know O2 charges you 15p to receive a call? -_- Unimpressed.

I've met quite a few gingers, so I guess that should be close enough.

Were they alcoholics? If not, it really won't do. ;D

Yeah, but wtf would they drink there?
Whiskey?
It tastes like shitty beer.
Fucking nasty.

You seem to be bitterly lumping up all Facebook users into one 'group'. In everything and anything there will be 'users' you may not particularly enjoy, and those you do. I myself use Facebook to keep in touch with a wide range of friends and acquaintances alike, and I don't see any problem in that.

You're right, and that wasn't my intention. Facebook is fine for keeping in contact, having photoalbums online, chatting, whatever. I was going to make it clear when first I posted, but it would have taken forever to mention every exception, it was late.

What I'm aiming at, is the 'group' of facebook users who spam their profiles with 'like the most absurd insignificant whatever' and constantly update like 'changed position in the chair I'm sitting in' and have an array of pictures to print a pictures of who they'd like everyone else to see them as, contrary to who they actually are. Those are the same people who are likely to make threads such as this one, and I think keeping facebook on facebook and the related loserbook and failbook or whatever is sufficient.
