Baybayin (incorrectly known as Alibata) is a pre-Filipino writing system from the islands known as the "Philippines".

randomness that is going through my head hours before the exams...

note that I used the baybayin punctuations stupidly...

study it...it's actually easy to learn...memorized the characters in less than a month...when I wrote the first post though...I was still learning on how to use punctuations...

Wow it's cool that you learned it just for fun. It's good to see people learning about Baybayin. Please check out my website, where you can see my modified writing system based on Baybayin. It's more linear and modified for professional and easy use.

we used to memorize all of them when I was in Grade 4... was pretty easy to learn, memorized all of it in half a day coz we have a quiz about that the next day XD... it's fun, I wish filipinos use that as our writing system to save our history... pretty interesting, huh?

I was taught by my grandma (a teacher) how to read and write this back when I was still an elem stude in the Philippines. I am always fascinated by our history

I've taken a lot of history classes here in Canada but nothing can be compared to how colorful our history is.
