I'm wondering how come certain series have been removed from the Vizio TV app? Attack on Titan and Watamote are no longer found on the video selection for the Vizio TV app.

Keep in mind the Vizio app isn't handled by CR. It is a Flingo app, so CR doesn't "remove" or "add" anything to it.

When will you be offering premium for Crunchyroll app under web videos on vizio tv's ?

I have since then contacted Vizio again with a new question.

They directed me to yahoo developer of web videos.

Where I was able to make a suggestion to have.

A feature added so that members can access.

The premium service and simulcasts on web videos.

On the Crunchyroll channel on the vizio app services on the vizio smart tv's.

There are no current plans for a Premium Supported app, but I'll pass the suggestion along to the Development Team.

Ummm I just recently bought a vizio m321i-a2 razor LED tv. I'm guessing it's under the web video app. but it has limited choice of what I could watch? Also When will there be a Premium APP for the TV itself where I don't have to flingo or webcast it? Also Flingo doesn't work for the TV I just tried it. =[

I recently bought a new TV. One of the factors behind picking a Vizio is that I saw from http://www.crunchyroll.com/devices is that it supported Crunchyroll. Unfortunately, it appears that I should have dug deeper and read about the quality of the app.

Here is my experience:

Pros:
1) It's free (ad-supported)
2) Most of the times, the ads don't load correctly and you just get a brief flicker where they're supposed to load, so it's almost ad-free.
3) When it works, the quality is nice and enjoyable.

Cons:
1) It's hard to find anything. The series pages seem to be arranged by when they were added (old first to new last). There were ~50 pages to go through and the loading is slow. Anime and live action are all crammed into the same category. There doesn't appear to be a search within just Crunchyroll. The search instead searches everything within the "web videos" category, so you go from looking for a needle in a haystack to looking for a needle in another haystack in a lot of cases. Even within the series pages, the episodes are in random order a lot of the time so you have to scan around to find the next episode.
2) The selection is poor compared to the web site or other apps (I use the app on my iPad). Part of it is that you can't access Premium content as many have mentioned. I think that also blocks several series as they have no age check for "mature only" shows. But even despite that, things lag tremendously. For example, I was watching World Conquest Zvezda Plot and it only had episodes 1-3 on the Flingo app. On the web site and iPad, it had 1-5 (non-premium) and 6 (premium). The posts before say to use the Flingo webpage app to Fling them to the TV. However, when trying to do this, it found no content to fling. I could fling other videos/content, but not those specific episodes.
3) Some things just don't work. I was watching Good luck, Ninomiya-kun! and got to one episode (8 maybe) and it repeatedly would hang the app on my TV. Tried rebooting both my TV and modem, but nothing worked.

I currently have given up on the app and hope that a better one will be deployed or that one will be made for the Chromecast.
