Japan has various networks, but from what I understand, these are regional. Most anime airs on different networks, but at different times and days. Each will have a "primary network", which was one of the production partners, and is the first one to show the episodes.

International rights are typically assigned to one of the production partners. Sometimes this varies, but in the case of TBS, circumstantial evidence suggests the rarely, if ever, agree to ceding these rights to one of the other partners.

The bad news is the last anime that TBS was the primary network for that anyone broadcast was Linebarrels of Iron which aired in Fall 2008 - Winter 2009.

The Anime Network did stream another TBS series, Kaichō wa Maid-sama!, in 2010 while the series was still being broadcast in Japan, but the episodes were delayed by 10 weeks, so it was not really a simulcast.

Simply put, TBS appears to be hostile to simulcasting. Indeed, checking through their past titles, I see few of them that have ever been legally streamed, even after the broadcast season has ended. Perhaps they will change their mind at some point in the future, but for now, the odds of anyone simulcasting a TBS series are very low.

FYI, you are not supposed to mention or link to fansub sites on the Crunchyroll forums (or those of most other sites, such as Anime News Network, Funimation, etc.).

Personally, I haven't watched a fansub since June 2010 (too much legit stuff to keep up with), but the two biggest problems I remember with them were:

1. You never knew what quality you were going to get.

2. You never knew when an episode would be released (this problem was worse with some series than others).
