Is there a problem with the videos?

Like many others, I am having problems with the video streaming. I have done everything listed to attempt to fix this problem. This includes: Installing and Uninstalling (Adobe Flash player and Internet browser(s)), made sure my video card software is up to date, reported the problem (for many different instances), and etc.

Crunchyroll fail to respond to any reports I have made (including those I have made months ago).
Crunchyroll's "Contact Us" never responds.
Crunchyroll fail to announce the fact that there is an ACTUAL problem with their server. If there was such an announcement, it was not in plain site.


Paying for Membership => Get to watch video = Okay
Paying for membership => No video = rip off?

I am going to cancel my membership effective immediately. And if you want them to acknowledge and fix this problem ASAP, you should cancel yours as well or at the very least reply to this post with your own feedback.



P.S: If this topic disappears, you can safely assume that at least someone working for Crunchyroll actually check the Help/Support/Feedback section of the forums.


Oh and apparently if you cancel your membership, they will end it immediately even if you have over half a month left. (I subscribed to the monthly membership)
