That is the OVA that came out earlier this year, not episode 1:

Some fansub sites are apparently listing this as episode 1, which means at best they are mistaken, and at worst are lying through their teeth to drive traffic.

Episode 1 will not even air in Japan until January 9 (Sunday) at 7 AM, which would be January 8 (Saturday) at 5 PM EST in the United States.
