Why are you watching anime or reading manga? What pushed you to watch or to read them?

I like some of them so I watch them I've always loved cartoons also and I love to draw comics so it kinda just went hand and hand

I picked up a Manga a long while ago out of curiosity to begin with. The art style was different to the ones I was used to (I was more into Superman and Marvel comics at the time) and it appealed to me, I didn't know what to expect, having never even seen Manga before, but I was instantly hooked on two of the stories I found within. Dirty Pair and Gunsmith Cats. Suffice to say I did my best to hunt down more of the same, and eventually got the full graphic novels of both stories I had found in the Manga and have now built up quite the collection of others I found along the way.

Now? I guess im just a bit of an otaku. Perhaps not the creepy spectacled fat stereotype with a billion moe figurines, but an otaku none the less. I try to keep abreast of whats happening in the world of Manga and Anime as well as reading or watching as many different types as I can.

Manga and Anime are a significant part of my life xD ! therefore i need themmm ._.

i watched anime when i was younger and wanted to rewatch some old series and then i sort of just got pulled into manga to see how it was diffirent to the anime

I started reading manga when I was around 10 years old - it was actually my big brother and my moms fault I became such a manga freak I am today - My mom and big brother started to buy Dragon Ball and of course I read it too, and then my brother also began to loan Ranma ½ from one of his friends from school and we began to read it together.
A little bit after that me and my brother also began to draw after Dragon Ball.
Then my brother did the big mistake to show me youtube where I could actually watch anime and that was where my anime love began... after that I just found other sites to watch anime and read manga. ^^

Ever since I was really little, my brothers have been watching animes like Dragon Ball and Pokemon...so even when I was about 3-4 years old, I was watching those animes. Soon after that, we also began watching Yugioh...then when I was nine, my brothers started watching Naruto and Bleach, and soon I got interested as well, and eventually, started finding out about different animes and mangas. So basically it's cuz my bros that I read manga and watch anime
It also influenced my drawing style heavily, so now I'm thinking about making my own manga!

jst out of curiosity, im not fun of it b4 bt as i jst finish my 1st one,i want 2 start another. I find manga is also fun & interesting, its replace my boredom in watching dramas.

Because I like to distract myself from doing important stuff (i.e homework or study).
Anime and mangas are perfect because they're addicting and really keep me away from my studies! XD
