Here in Kentucky we have a digital cable internet provider called insight. All i have to say is that does suck for you but if you have a cap like that use torrents and don't stream, at least you will be able to re-watch what you download anytime you want.

Torrent's themselves are not illegal it's what you choose to download is. but hey it's up to you if you want to stick with the cap more power to you, i would personally go nuts and have torrent all the time because again like i said if I want to watch something over and over I wiill do that. I will ask you this is it just as illegal to record something off the funimation channel using dvr or recording a song off the radio using an old casset tape? If yo have a moral reason for not wanting to do it then fine i accept that, just accept what I do as well because I do buy dvd's and blurays after all.
