Why is every Winter 2011 Lineup region locked in Austria/Germany?

Naruto-Shippuden for example is not region locked, but it's licensed in almost every Country... You attract the people with your "super fast translated" Naruto-Shippuden and then they start wondering because they can't watch more than half of your shows.

I think Crunchy-roll is a pure rip-off...

You force peoples to watch illegal rips of your shows, because you lock every god damn show, because there is no legal way to watch your shows in a lot of country's, unless you fake your ip with an expensive VPN or Proxy-Server, which isn't the best way either...

Could you at least make individual prices per country... Why should someone pay the same price for less than half of the shows...

It's really no wonder that you pissing off the most people and they start riping your Shows...

Thanks in Advance

We understand your concerns but region restrictions are determined by the Publishers of the material. If we could, we would make all of the shows available world wide but, unfortunately, this usually is not possible.

So we just work to gain the rights and leave it up to the consumer to decide if our service is worth it based on what we have available.

Not every Winter 2011 simulcast is blocked in your region. There's one called Rainbow Rio, which is available worldwide. Luckily, I don't have to worry about region locking since I can pretty much watch 2/3 of the shows available on Crunchyroll.
