Well the very first anime opening song i memorized was from the first anime i saw when I was a kid around middle school age, Voltes V.
I had a tape voice recorder back then, recorded the song when it was playing on TV and phonetcaly wrote the words of the song .I had no clue what it meant at all....ha ha ha.
