I was just wondering if anyone in anyone's family, including yourselves, have ever survived something really horrific.

My aunt actually did. And this is a pretty messed up story. You see when my aunt was much younger she used to live with her mom and dad. Well her dad had left to be with another woman, so my aunts mother decided to shoot herself, but not before shooting my aunt in the head and then she shot herself.

By some miracle my aunt didn't die nor did she suffer any brain damage, but the bullet couldn't safely be removed so it's still in there.

Well the person in my family died but I think it's a pretty intense story.
Okay my moms grandmother adopted this Indian boy and during that time in Guyana, the indian and black people had issues against each other. So a whole lot of racial problems were going on.
Well one day my moms grandfather had to go to the store and when he came back he saw smoke and found out that it was his house on fire and his wife died in the building.
You see that day the Indian boy that they had adopted shot her and burned he alive in the house.

My dad almost died from falling off a building. He was dangling and one of his co-workers saved him. He saved his life.

My mom lived up in the mountains as a baby. She toddled off and a stampede of wild horses ran across her. They thought she died, but apparently after they all had left. She was there sitting and crying. They jumped over or around her. She was crying after they all left. Probably was scared half to death from all the noise. But they checked her and she didn't even have a scratch.

Then me, stepped into fire when I was 4. The doctors said they should cut my toes off since they were all burnt and of no use. Of course my mom declined. But out of no where my feet healed. All I have is a faint burnt scar. Good thing my mom declined them cutting off my toes. O_O
stupid effing doctors..

Then there was that time I drowned.. That's a long story. Won't go into detail but I was pretty much dead for awhile and then they bought me to life.

Then my little brother almost died at birth. They had to force him out early, he was born almost 2 months early. My mom almost died with him. They had to call this great doctor who apparently retired. They made a house call as an emergency to come and save my brother and mother. Thank god he accepted. They told us neither one will survive. He ended up saving both.

i survived being molested for 3 years but that's more personal and about me, i don't really know much about my family though. Although one of my uncles just died of cancer at 46 after having a massive stroke towards the end of 2010 and 3 years earlier one of my uncles died of massive heart attack but i think that's more of getting/moving on after death than anything.

There was precisely no logic in anything you just posted. We are all now dumber for having read it. I reward you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

My Uncle almost drowned, he came back to life after being clinically brain dead for 2 months. We were about to pull the plug but he came back and made a full recovery.

Last year was stunt-biking, fell off the bike without protection (was really stupid), massive injuries, horrific major surgeries and a long time on life support. I can't look at a motorcross bike, quad bike or any bike without feeling physically sick.
