Hello,
I contacted support a few days ago and still haven't gotten any response.

I was trying to upgrade to the 12 month all access membership from the month to month Anime membership, but the site wouldn't allow me to do so.

At first there was a recurring transaction in "pending" limbo for 3 or 4 days which prevented me from upgrading or cancelling.

The monthly charge went through, but then the site would only allow me to upgrade month to month.

The only way around it was to cancel the Anime Subscription, and then re-sign up for the 12 month. Is there any way I can be refunded the Anime membership cost for the month of January since I'd been trying to upgrade since the 1st week of this month?

It's been a busy week so I'm unfortunately behind on emails. Hopefully I'll be caught up next week.

Anyway, we'll refund the 1 month purchase for you within 7 days since you've already canceled it and purchased the 12 month subscription.

This was the first time I needed to contact support, and I was worried due to the lack of response.

CR support never reads email. I've sent support questions but they never reply. You're better off PM an admin or post your problems in the forums.
