When trying to watch a video, all I get is a black box with the player bar at the bottom. The browser reports "transferring from flash.quantserve.com". After several minutes, the video will start to play, but for no more than 5 seconds. Then after several minutes, another 5 seconds.

Already using openDNS.

Operating System: Windows 7 64bit
Web Browser: Mozilla Firefox v. 3.6.13
Adobe Flash: v. 10.1.102.64
Processor Type: Intel Core2 Quad Q6600
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
Graphics Card: NVidia GeForce 8800 GTS 512
Amount of RAM: 8.0 GB
Free Space on C: 1.58 TB

The downspeed number is unrealistic. Ran test several times and with various servers - kept getting outrageous values.

Edit: Immediately after I posted this, I tried to watch a video and it started playing flawlessly. Just like how you feel better before when you get to the doctor's office. lol. However this problem did last all day. If anybody else if having a similar problem, feel free to tack on this thread. I will continue to update this if my problem comes back.

I get this problem off and on, it especially irritates me when it happens to premium videos that I'm paying money to be able to not watch.
