I was sick in October, and I spent a lot of time watching television. I saw this show called 50 Scariest Movie Moments, or something similiar, and The Devil's Backbone was mentioned. I thought it sounded cool, so I rented it from Blockbuster. It turn out to be a really good movie. I'd recommend you to watch it, yet.

Devils Backbone huh...that scary? The americanized grudges just makes u jump a lot cuz all the stupid ppl in the theaters keep screaming and crap. Way too loud. Nothing scary..just plain lame to me. My sis saw Grudge2 she laughed through the whole thing, cause the way they did it was hilarious. Or so she says.

It was more creepy and somber than anything, with a few "scary" scenes. It's less about the scariness and more about the story behind it. (:

Saw III At someone's house/my own: Clueless (old from the 90's)/Exorcism of Emily Rose Saw III was up to par with the other 2, but the ending was INCREDIBLY frustrating to me. I liked the movie, but I was ranting when I walked out of the theatre XD! My friend kept telling me to shut up =P. I love Clueless! It makes me laugh everytime I watch it, and I've seen it quite a few times. EoER was good, but really wasn't as scary as I thought it'd be. Best part was when the 6 names of "the ones that dwell within" where finally named! I say CR's should see both!

I shouldn't have wasted my time with that movie.. Hitchcock beats the crap out of most (hell, all) suspense/horror directors today... though a mentaly handicapped child with a camcorder strapped to his head could probably accomplish that. I saw the first Saw and was very unimpressed. It was cool seeing Cary Elwes again, he doesn't do near enough. They are sure milking this franchise when its hot though. Isn't Saw 2 still on the new release rack?

They really are milking it since the movies make a ton of money and are very cheap to make.
