Haha. I'd have to say Lady in the Water tops IT... Though I'm not sure how scary it was supposed to be, it was even supposed to be a scary movie at all... >_>; I thought it was ridiculously funny, but one of my friends screamed, like, three times.
Actually, I've never seen IT. I think it'd fuel my slight creeped-out-ness of clowns.

Yeah it was a really bad movie.I didn't like it at all,and the clown was really freaky.
