Woah guys, can someone reply?
I'm 16 and I'm planning on joining martial arts VERY SOON because it seems like something I would enjoy. And lol, I need to know how to defend myself even in the slightest bit.
The only "good" class I can find around here is Muay Thai. I'm not fit at all :< Should I take some classes on Muay Thai?
I was suppose to do this a year ago but I lacked motivation.. NOT ANYMORE THOUGH! :D
Muay Thai will definitely require you to be fit and flexible. Instructors should work with you to get you there gradually.
