I'm quite happy with my name, I think it somewhat suits me XP
But now that I've found out I was originally going to be called Connor
I think I prefer that name XD

Although I'd love to have a Japanese name....
I doubt it would suit me very much

Sasha, and it is Sasha so I'm happy, though my middle name is better, Saskia. I would swap them around but I'm happy because both are in my name anyway.

I don't get all these you should be thankful, you should cherish, your parents blessed you with it shit that I keep hearing here and elsewhere (not directed at me, though). What if your parents gave you a name that was meaningless? What if they just arbitrarily picked it because you have to, and didn't give it much thought? My siblings have slightly more meaningful names, like my brother's middle name has something to do with my grandfather, and my sister's middle name is French for friend, except we pronounce it "Amy" instead of how it supposed to be pronounced.

My first name came from a cheesy 80's song.
My middle name came from a lame 80's band.
My last name came from my biological father who wasn't a part of my life, and that's the only one of my names I like!

To me, my name right now is not pleasant in sound, look, memory, or meaning. It does not fit me.

100% agree.
I mean sheesh, I've even read an article on a woman named Marijuana Pepsi.

The only parts that hold meaning to me are my middle and last name, I could care less about my first name; I don't think my dad would lose any sleep over me changing my name at all especially because he never even calls me by my first name to begin with.

I love my name Carmen alot~!

It was much better than the alternative that they were gonna name me, Theresa.

But if I were to name myself, I would name myself, Alexandra.

I changed my last name, and put in a middle name that's quite unique but family related.
I like my first name very much, so I wont ever change that.

Cassandra is an alright name. I prefer Cassy as a nickname, and that's what most people call me.

But I wish my name were like, Disco Cowboy Lazer Electronic Beatbox Kid 5000. Which I may or may not have plans to legally change my name to...

Or Vladimir. Everyone secretly wishes they were a Vladimir.
