Crunches/Sit ups will never get you lower abs.

Lay on your on your back with your legs stretched out on the floor. Put your hands on your sides and rest your head on the floor. Now all you have to do is lift your legs to a 45 degree angle of the ground and then bring them down again, but make sure not to rest your legs on the floor. Repeat this movement for 10 - 15 repetitions and then rest your legs back on the floor.

Hope this helps.

Sit ups only help your upper and middle abs not bottom.

hahahahahahaha!!!! finally my strong point!

Ok get on a chin up bar and raise eigther your knees or legs as high as you can.

ps your stomach muscle are like every other muscles on your body the only thing different with them are that they heal faster than most.

so that means your should do 25-30reps and 3-4sets, as soon as you can do this increase weight.

Doing loads of sit ups and crunches only makes the muscle on your stomach smaller.

6 Pack Workout:
1) Leg Raises - 25 x 4
2) Side Bends - 25 x 4
3) Sit Ups - 25 x 4
4) Crunches - 25 x 4

If anyone needs any other advice just ask, i'm qulified in this

the only way to get rid of fat is cardiovascular activity.

do something that gets your heart rate above 16

Ok, I will try that out. Right now my main problem is that I need to lose the rest of my extra weight. I would say that I have at least 30 pounds to lose. Do you think an hour a day would help?

Probably mixed. I need to tone up too. If I want to lose 30 pounds in a year, I might have to do more than an hour though. I just started eating more healthy so that is not a problem anymore, it's all about my motivation to exercise now.
