Actually that gave me another question. I actually have a back that gets sore really easy, and I was wondering if it is possible for me to make it stronger so that it might stop hurting as much.

The easiest way is to do swimming it does wonders for your abs. It did for me.

Probably mixed. I need to tone up too. If I want to lose 30 pounds in a year, I might have to do more than an hour though. I just started eating more healthy so that is not a problem anymore, it's all about my motivation to exercise now.



ok then well at least do 30mins of constant cardio (running, cross trainer anything like that)
cause then your garanteed to tone up and look alot healthier
and motivation can be the killer, try not to thing of it as something you have to do, instead it's something your want to do (music help alot)

lol from my point of view six packs are pretty disgusting(they remind me of bug stomaches) but i only have one because i wanna go in boxing once i'm sixteen and get a car and need to be able to take a punch in the gut no problem

go to the gym if u r old enough n have a trainer. i have one n a gym at home because of my mom u know girls intends to stay slim but with eating high class food every day we needs a work out so i go there every day since i was 10 years old

i've read from so many places that, the only to get your lower abs fit is to do all body exercises, not just ab exercises.
