working out lower abs

2) Side Bends - 25 x 4
3) Sit Ups - 25 x 4
4) Crunches - 25 x 4

If anyone needs any other advice just ask, i'm qulified in this

hmmm i just noticed that its harder 2 work your lower abs than ur upper abs...i thought about that cuz i hav a 5 pack...as in 4 upper and 1 big lower ( not to mention im kinda skinny to hav that lower part )

side bends - gram a dumbell in one hand and lean towards that side slowly and bring yourself back up. 1 set means both sides

Leg raises - lift yourself off the floor using a chin up bar, then whiles holding yourself up lift your legs as high as you can. keep in mind your legs have to be dead straight.

so what do you want to do with your pecks? make them bigger, more definition, stronger or make your punches quicker?

I just want to hide my chest bones...


ok try getting in a press up position, but put your hands as close as possible. do 15-20 reps 3 times twice a week, then give it about 2weeks to develope.
if that don't work then get some weights and a gym ball and try a bench press on that.
