yeah, but some ppl think it's impolite. like the time i asked a woman, don't remember who she was, how much you get paid for being a nurse? she was like, that's a personal matter.

i get that aswell.
i just turn round and say "how come it's posted on the fucking internet?"

Crunches; aim the upper part of the torso
sit ups; mainly aim the mid section of the torso
leg raises; mainly aim the lower part of the torso
side bends; aim the sides, the obliques

It's funny how different cultures can be. I wouldn't normally ask someone how much they make unless they make it obvious that they want me to ask (you know, those arrogant rich types). Otherwise I'd never dare ask someone their salary. But in Japan people warn you that they will ask how much you make. Personally, I would feel uncomfortable but would feel obligated to tell them.

Anyway, that first part is my excuse to enter into this conversation. My real objective is to bother you with questions as to how to tone up my body and build endurance. I'm normal size but have flab I'd like to get rid of. So what do you suggest as a whole body workout?

guess i'm lucky, because i don't put on much pounds after pigging out. but i tried sit ups at night for a few minutes before sleeping for about 2 weeks (helps with scoliosis) and i got abs already. i'm not trying to get actual six packs seeing it'll look wierd on a girl but looking fit is nice. oh for all you guys trying this,...;D

Crunches/Sit ups will never get you lower abs.

Lay on your on your back with your legs stretched out on the floor. Put your hands on your sides and rest your head on the floor. Now all you have to do is lift your legs to a 45 degree angle of the ground and then bring them down again, but make sure not to rest your legs on the floor. Repeat this movement for 10 - 15 repetitions and then rest your legs back on the floor.

Hope this helps.

thx!

Your Welcome, it takes dedication and patience. Don't forget a well balanced diet, which I have no idea what it is haha.
