Do you know any1 in RL who would not leave the Titanic until they get their stuff even if it was sinking?

lol leave all your important possessions at home and only take what you need like clothes and stuff cause those are always replaceable. As for me the only expensive thing I would take would be a camera to take pictures with.

I think we all know someone like that, just like we all have that crazy uncle(or any relative) that you never introduce to anyone & pray doesn't show up at family events

Well, if I were in my room when I realized what was happening, I'd grab what I can and go. Not a whole bag, but just what I can carry in my arms.
Some things, whether old or new, have an amount of sentimental value :/

Now one of my friends would probably fit the bill of grabbing every last possession before leaving the ship. We were staying at a hotel and she suddenly woke up smelling smoke. She bolted out of bed and started grabbing all her stuff before any of us even smelled it.

Yes, there are some people who find material things to be more important than their own life. I don't talk to them.

Since you would have to wait around in the freezing waters of the North Atlantic for about four hours until being rescued (following the time-line of the Titanic), it would probably be a good idea to bring some warm clothes along.

I would let the women and children leave before I even thought of leaving first.

I'd probably one of the men smoking a pipe on the deck with a monocle, holding my footing as best I could before the whole ship sank.

I've felt this way for years. I'd definitely stay behind long before I'd think about saving myself in that case.

I do not fear death, if it means that others may live on in my place.

[Don't go all Inaba on me about that fact though, okay? :P]

I can't say that I do, considering all of the people aboard the Titanic lived and died long before I was born.

Can't exactly go back in time to ask them such a question.
