It’s time to preview WRESTLEMANIA this week! So let’s get to the grand stage pro wrestling PPV!

Wrestlemania XXVII Hosted by the Rock from Atlanta, Georgia on April 3rd, 2011!

Sources included: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WrestleMania_XXVII and http://www.wwe.com/shows/wrestlemania/matches/
The PPV Card for the 4 hour spectacle:

*The Corre (Ezekiel Jackson, Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett, Tag Team Champions Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel) vs. Kane, Big Show, Santino Marella & Vladimir Koslov in an 8-men tag match
This was added late with the likelihood Kane and Show would face the Corre after numerous encounters and beatings which started as an attack on Show, then retribution on Kane for turning on the Corre, so it was a matter of time the odds were evened. Considering Santino and Koslov were the guys the Corre took the titles off of their involvement became clear and now we got this tag match.

*Randy Orton vs. CM Punk Singles Match (only members of the new Nexus who qualify to be ringside in singles matches with Orton may be present-none qualified, all punted off TV)
The MVP of this feud might be wife #2 or 3 since losing count for Orton on TV who apparently shows lust when in fear of Punk on that tour bus. The continuity has been great to set this up considering Orton punted Punk long ago when he had Legacy and Punk was the face. Punk was a good boy waiting so long, forming his own evil faction and now taking Orton on. It’s been a bit lost in the mix then with the stipulation pretty much booting Nouveau Nexus back to FCW for repackaging. The heat is still decent since both play pretty dark characters.

*Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes Singles match
This might be the sleeper match if Rock’s hosting promos don’t go too much into overtime (but they will since he can call those audibles) so expect some time given to this hot Smackdown angle. Ever since the knee brace of Rey broke “DASHING” Cody Rhodes’ nose to cause the NBA facemask to appear, Cody’s shined as a Joker like psycho hidden under an old black Tazz towel while beating people up in his dress clothes, all while with the help of his father Dusty plotting revenge against Rey who caused all of his anguish. Rey asked to get Cody seeing potential in the person once thought to be lost post Legacy (clear who the afterthought is now considering Ted Dibiase Jr. admitted such before HHH destroyed him) and it’s showing now ever since he smashed Rey into that video mirror to start his ‘insane’ run.

*John Morrison, Trish Stratus & Snooki (of the TV show Jersey Shore) vs. Dolph Ziggler & Lay-Cool (Layla and Michelle McCool) w/ Vickie Guerrero in a mixed 6 person tag match
Hopefully if Rock calls an audible to go long it’s this match that’s cut short. With Vickie, McCool and yes Snooki the “hot celeb” of the moment in ring, the shorter the better. It has to be said Snooki’s the “It” girl so TMZ, Entertainment Tonight and all the media have been all over this story as the “main event” for Mania. It won’t go last but you got your Divas, a returning Trish who has been working the ring rust off while promoting Tough Enough, while Dolph and Morrison get a spot on the PPV with exposure if not much time to shine. They might be called to carry the match though, considering the gals showed at a New Jersey bar that they’re more ready to brawl than anything.

*Sheamus (c) vs. Daniel Bryan Singles match for the United States Championship
Another match that hopefully gets time as styles make matches. You got Sheamus finally off that ridiculous King of the Ring curse/losing streak to win this belt to least be a solid mid-carder after an underrated top end run as world champ. Then you got Bryan who always is good in ring, gets all his foes over (Dolph and Miz come to mind) win or lose, and fans are behind him no matter how badly WWE books him as a nerd. Again this has potential to be a sleeper hit if given time after Sheamus won the belt from Bryan on RAW.

*Edge (c) vs. Alberto Del Rio Singles match for the Smackdown World Heavyweight Championship
This again got lost in the shuffle being on Smackdown alone ever since Alberto won the Royal Rumble to challenge Edge for his title. Maybe it’s because Edge is such a transitional champ or Alberto’s still new to the WWE, but it’s needed some help and 2 people come to mind that have helped. NXT rookie Brodus Clay is a beast to help suave aristocrat Alberto, with his look being like a bigger Tazz who suplexes people everywhere while just being overall huge. Christian’s return to help Edge has been a boon with his energy to get revenge on Alberto breaking his arm and putting him out of action, while reuniting E and C for a bit on the tag front. Add in Alberto’s personal announcer Ricardo Rodriguez and there’s been a mix of people involved in this title match, giving it a bit more importance considering again it’s for one of the 2 big titles in the company.

*Jerry "The King" Lawler vs. Michael Cole (w/ trainer Jack Swagger in the corner) Singles Match with a Special Guest Referee "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
One of 3 potential matches to end the PPV, this one of any feud has gotten the most TV time, push and reaction from all fans casual to hardcore. Cole has been annoying, a horrible play by play voice who has buried more talent from the Divas to all the faces than aid, and is someone you want to punch now in his “Cole Mine”. Yet as a heel he’s drawn the most heat, become the #1 hated man on either show and daresay all of wrestling, and made everyone love the King in hopes he gets what’s coming to him in the end. King meanwhile even at his age has been a top face, decent in ring and someone the people rally behind while showing how it’s done old school wise.

Adding Jack Swagger as Cole’s trainer in hindsight has rebuilt Swagger as a nasty heel with his Ankle Lock, while Austin was added since he seems to always be a special guest ref at his age (last doing so for Vince McMahon vs. The Donald) and fans are still behind him among the other Attitude Era people who are back for the PPV, while he too can push the Tough Enough return as its host. And yet the focus is still on King getting Cole in the end as the fans are clamouring for it, as are those Cole has offended from Eve/the Divas to Jim Ross, who was also involved in this feud and with any luck might then be involved calling matches at Wrestlemania...

*The Miz (c) vs. John Cena Singles match for the RAW WWE Championship
The second of 3 matches with potential to be the main event and should be considering the title is on the line here. The reason though might not be the competitors who meet again on this long feud of Super Cena and his fangirls/kid fans against the champion reality TV heel Miz with his VP of Communications Alex Riley. No it’s because the Mania host the Rock is involved in a feud of its own with Cena ever since Cena called him out for going to Hollywood many years ago, and the 2 have exchanged heated promos and not so funny promos (even if some WWE wrote to be funny) while the Miz was the forgotten child of the family but later on came on strong with his own growing mic skills to try to take some of the spotlight too.

Casual fans too have gravitated to this match (and some to Snooki) in hopes the Rock does one more People’s Elbow or Rock Bottom, and some even hoping for a stare down to lead to a match down the road. Some of that was given on the go home RAW with the Rock nailing his signature moves on the Miz, but John Cena having the last say going into the PPV with an Attitude Adjustment to close the show and making a future confrontation even more of a formality than a possibility. It’s been a hot draw and also a curiosity to how it will end, but first things first is that a championship needs to be decided before more fireworks likely occur post match for this one, and possibly more since the Rock is scheduled to also show the RAW after Wrestlemania.

*The Streak Match, No Holds Barred: The Undertaker vs. HHH Singles Match
This match has the chance of ending the PPV as the Main Event, not only due to the previous year having the same outcome, but because the Streak as HHH put it surpasses any titles in importance now. Then again the interest level has been up and down mostly due to only having interviews but it’s keeping things simple. It is true though it’s the one thing still believable in pro wrestling: it’s a streak measurable in importance and significance to both the Undertaker’s career and for fan interest. Saying The Streak puts it on level with Cal Ripken’s consecutive game streak in the MLB or the Miami Dolphins perfect season in the NFL. With that, there’s no career on the line this time, just that it will be no holds barred and playing into HHH’s specialty of matches with utter brutality with no remorse or restraints.

It’s surely a sign the PG rating is being softened as it has been with the Rock/Cena promos and some bloodshed making a return, so this could be match of the night and thus needing to go last despite going against again the grain of pushing the world title. The two will put it all on the line since they’ve done so for so long. And even if the WWE is ignoring how they’ve fought for the Streak before, it’s still being pushed hard on being a big event coming from the wordless promo they did on RAW to set it up to the video promos by Shawn Michaels, the man the Undertaker retired after 2 cracks at the Streak, and more recently promos by everyone from legends like Arn Anderson and Harley Race to recent stars from Chris Jericho to Cena putting this one over, and even hinting HHH might have a shot of breaking the Streak to put icing on his own career. But in the end, the Streak defines the Undertaker’s career, and this year is no exception to how big the match will be. Shawn Michaels who is going into the WWE Hall of Fame added some fuel to the fire from the promos to a live appearance on the last RAW to chants of one more match, but he put more doubt than anything that HHH can win this one since he could not, having been humbled by the Deadman, showing that the Last Outlaw has a good chance to go 19-0 now.

Give your predictions in the thread if you wish and be here on Sunday starting at 7PM EST/4PM PST for the 4 hour LIVE PPV Report as we always do for the big ones. Enjoy Wrestlemania most of all!

Hey all .Well time fot ol andy1 to give his predictions for WrestleMania 27.

*The Corre (Ezekiel Jackson, Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett, Tag Team Champions Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel) vs. Kane, Big Show, Santino Marella & Vladimir Koslov in an 8-men tag match
- The Corre have done better out of the Nexus split than New Neus have on Raw.I'd expect it to continue here as Kane and Show overall Mania record isn't the best and this is Santino and Koslov's 1st mania in ring matches.I'll pick Corre to retain with either Barrett or Jackson picking up the win.

Prediction- The Corre via pinfall

*Randy Orton vs. CM Punk
- This could be a show steeler if both men are given time.Orton has made sure that New Nexus shouldn't be a factor though I wouldn';t be shocked if they get involved somehow.Punk bit like last year needs the win more and this time I feel gets it as this feud won;t end at mania .

Prediction CM Punkvia pinfall

*Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes
-Another match that has been built steadily and coulkd see the torch being passed on .Mysterio is proably due time off and a win does wonders for Rhodes and would be reward for how well he's sold the disfigured gimmick that brought about this match. One to watch this match is.

Prediction- Cody Rhodes via pinfall

*John Morrison, Trish Stratus & Snooki (of the TV show Jersey Shore) vs. Dolph Ziggler & Lay-Cool (Layla and Michelle McCool) w/ Vickie Guerrero in a mixed 6 person tag match
-This match will be umm intresting.Like most I expect Morrsion and Trish to do the hard work and Snooki to just be involved in short bits and the finsh. And with seeing how mich the WWE had to put out to get Snooki in its hard to not see her team winning and as i;ve said for the last few ppv's maybe the begining of the end of LayCool .

Prediction- John Morrison, Trish Stratus & Snooki .Snooki pins Mcool

Sheamus (c) vs. Daniel Bryan Singles match for the United States Championship
- This could be a good one as Bryan has been my MVP of the last 6 months for how consistent in ring wise he's been dispite a silly angle or two.Sheamus after an indiffernt start to the year hopefully will push on and get a decent run.

Prediction- Daniel Bryan via DQ Sheamus retains US Titlle

* Jerry "The King" Lawler vs. Michael Cole (w/ trainer Jack Swagger in the corner) Singles Match with a Special Guest Referee "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
- Possibly the best built match on the card all we need now is the right ending. I expect Cole to get whats coming to him even with Swagger in his corner.King deserves his Mania moment and hopefully wev get JR for commentry.

Prediction- Jerry "The King" Lawler via pinfall

*Edge (c) vs. Alberto Del Rio Singles match for the Smackdown World Heavyweight Championship
- The first of two World title matches yet without the hype that the other one has had.Edge has really lifited his game in as we headed to Mania and with Christian in his corner I can see him seeing off Alberto for least now.On the other hand Alberto has been one of the bright spots in the last year and this showed with him winning the rumble. I can see a case for either man winning and expect Christian to get involved with the finish.Time to use the old coin decider on this one.

Prediction- Edge retains via pinfall.

*The Streak Match, No Holds Barred: The Undertaker vs. HHH Singles Match
-A match that was built slowly but gathered momentum as we hit Raw then became a must see if it wasn't already. My only concern is can the match equal the build up as both guys are coming off long term injuries and are measure agaiinst the two epic HBK-Undertaker matches from last two years. The no holds barred stipulation makes things a little more intriguing and after the promo from both men on Raw you have the feeling somethings got to give and HBK may be the deciding influence.

Prediction- Undertaker via Submission

*The Miz (c) vs. John Cena Singles match for the RAW WWE Championship
- A match that has been in a way overshadowed by its side issue of will Rock get involved. The whole Rock-Cena stuff has in a way helped and hindered the build up and after Raw I expect Rocky to look to return the favour to Cena.Miz for his part made well sure that he wasn't to be forgotten considering he goes in as champ but the last two Raw's haven't helped but I can see him bouncing back at Mania .Again a tough match to chose as could go oppiste to what I predict.

Prediction- Miz retains but Rock gets revenge on Cena after the match as we end the show.

There you have it my thoughts and predictions.Join us here for coverage of the PPV and hope you enjoy the show.

PRE-SHOW NEWS

General sources for both the pre-show news and for some of the PPV report to check on details are as normally credited to http://www.f4wonline.com/ and http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Wrestling/news.html and http://www.thefightnetwork.com/news/wrestling and http://www.411mania.com/wrestlingand know that news and rumours are subject to updates and changes.

-The winner of this year's THQ video game tourney was Jey Uso as featured at http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Wrestling/WrestleMania27/2011/04/02/17849516.html as he played the WWE All-Stars game along with the likes of Jim Ross, Sgt. Slaughter, Beth Phoenix, last year's champ JTG and others.

-The HOF ceremony was taped for play before RAW on TV. HHH as noted before inducted his good friend HBK. A feature can be found at http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Wrestling/2011/04/03/17857136.html or wait until Monday to see the edited show which will be in full on the DVD. Dusty Rhodes inducted the Road Warriors/LOD, all the WWE Divas inducted the Original Diva Sunny, Terry Funk inducted Abdullah, Drew Carey drew boos from the fans initially for his controversial induction until winning some over with praise for the WWE talent and being inducted by of all people Kane, Bullet Bob Armstrong was inducted by sons Brian (who did some of his classic Road Dogg shtick), Brad and Scott, and "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan was inducted by Ted DiBiase, Sr.

-The Georgia Dome is officially sold out in Atlanta for Wrestlemania, a show that the WWE is internally projecting one-million buys on pay-per-view as their target. The success of this show is largely built around The Rock and how much his hosting the show and teasing a physical confrontation with John Cena means to the casual viewer as opposed to wrestling a match. The company has experienced one of its hottest periods in years since the return of The Rock to television on February 14th with 6 straight sellouts of Raw heading into the show, a noticeable jump in house show attendance and television numbers (with the exception being the March 21st Raw where there was nothing promoted ahead of time involving The Rock). The company has the advantage this year of not following a major UFC event as they did last year with UFC 127 headlined by Georges St-Pierre Vs Dan Hardy with the UFC destroying the domestic number for WrestleMania and topping them in Canadian buys even with Bret Hart wrestling last year.

-Christian and Brodus Clay have been added officially to the corners of Edge and Alberto Del Rio respectively for the Smackdown World Heavyweight Title match.

-There is talk the match that might be put into a dark match instead might be the US Title Match between the champ Sheamus and Daniel Bryan due to wanting more time for the "entertainment" parts of the 4 hour PPV.

-Kofi Kingston is in the eight-man tag as expected, so it's Kingston & Big Show & Kane & Santino Marella vs. The Corre At the Fan Axxess, Koslov was attacked by the Corre post match with Tyler Reks, and WWE.com head Joey Styles posted online his injured arm. Vladimir Kozlov was seen out in Atlanta in an arm sling to sell his injury at the hands of the Corre.

-As noted now on HBK's online diary of the week, Ric Flair attended the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony on Saturday night to support Shawn Michaels and was given the okay to attend by TNA Wrestling. Flair has always stated that the Hall of Fame is the one event of the year where one’s organization should be irrelevant and everyone should be allowed to attend. Kevin Nash, HHH, Sean Waltman, and Road Dogg were all backstage when Vince McMahon gave HBK the HOF ring.

-Roddy Piper is still teasing online some type of surprise for WrestleMania tonight.

-In a story that will outrage but shouldn’t surprise any fans, Dave Meltzer of the ‘Wrestling Observer Newsletter’ reports that the WWE has begun a new directive to no longer be called ‘World Wrestling Entertainment’ but rather just WWE to take another step distancing themselves from the word ‘Wrestling’. It is rather amazing considering how much money the company is going to make tonight from the brand ‘WrestleMania’. The company edict to move away from using the word "wrestling" to describe the WWE reportedly began a while ago. The idea is to present themselves as an "entertainment" company and not be pigeonholed as a "wrestling" promotion.

-The Rock will be appearing on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ this Tuesday night at 11:35pm EST on NBC and will definitely be discussing what happens tonight and tomorrow in Atlanta.

-Rima Fakih, the Miss USA winner and ‘Tough Enough’ contestant was at the Toronto Blue Jays home opener on Friday night as she is dating Blue Jays pitcher Ricky Romero, who was pitching that night.

-As of right now the word is that Jim Ross will be announcing a few matches tomorrow, likely from the Cole/King match on.

-Tommy Dreamer, Lita and Ernest Miller were all in Atlanta meeting with friends in the company. Trish Stratus hinted in interviews she still might take on Lay-Cool post Wrestlemania with help from an old friend who might mean Lita who has expressed interest in returning. She currently dates CM Punk so she's around often enough too.

-The company has brought in a lot of the developmental crew just in case they are needed for extra roles. The training staff of Tom Prichard, Norman Smiley and Steve Keirn is also in town.

-Goldust is hoping to be cleared to return to the ring from his torn rotator cuff by late June to early July.

-Mark Henry beat Primo at this morning's Fan AXXESS show.

-Nikita Koloff was at the Hall of Fame ceremony last night, sitting with Diamond Dallas Page and Lex Luger. Paul Bearer (yes he's still alive) was at the ceremony too sitting with Kane. Tommy Dreamer is also in Atlanta from TNA hanging around but not getting the pub Flair got. Ron Simmons was also at the ceremony visiting.

-Sin Cara and Awesome Kong are both in Atlanta still, with Sin Cara prepping for his debut on RAW on Monday.

- Raw on Monday night from Atlanta at the Phillips Arena will have the Rock appearing. Tough Enough also debuts after Raw on Monday. Smackdown and NXT will be taped Tuesday night from Charlotte.

-At one point the Corre 8 man tag match was to be the buffer match on the show, but match orders change rapidly so if it opens, or does anything but closes, who would know. Cody Rhodes was selling his worked injuries everywhere wearing that face mask deal. The injured members of Nexus are not selling injuries.

-Big Show was on the Kids Choice Awards show last night. Obviously his segment was taped.

-John Cena puts over Snooki saying she's cut out for wrestling in a NY Daily News interview. He will never leave wrestling even though they say he has a burgeoning film career. Many people have different translations for the word burgeoning these days.

-Lita will be doing an autograph show on 4/10 at the Middletown Market in Middletown, NY.

Tune in for the Wrestlemania LIVE PPV Report starting at 7PM EST/4PM PST, so don't 'cha dare miss it!

Just adding to what trigunkwan has already mentioned that the US title match will no be the pre show Dark Match.

http://www.411mania.com/wrestling/news/180792/Update-on-Daniel-Bryan-vs.-Sheamus-WrestleMania-Match.htm

- Daniel Bryan's attempt to get the US Title will now be the WrestleMania dark match. It will be a lumberjack match.

Dark Match result.

Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan got bumped to the pre-show. The match, which was made a lumberjack match, "got out of hand" and was made a battle royal. The Great Khali won that match. .

Match wasn't for the US title so no title change.

Tune back for more.

WELCOME!

Wrestlemania is here so let's get to the report! Andy and I will bring you the match by match results with comments and notes. Here's that card now:

Wrestlemania XXVII Hosted by the Rock from Atlanta, Georgia on April 3rd, 2011!
The PPV Card for the 4 hour spectacle:
*Edge (c) w/ Christian vs. Alberto Del Rio w/ Brodus Clay Singles match for the Smackdown World Heavyweight Championship
*The Miz (c) vs. John Cena Singles match for the RAW WWE Championship
*The Streak Match, No Holds Barred: The Undertaker vs. HHH Singles Match
*Randy Orton vs. CM Punk Singles Match (only members of the new Nexus who qualify to be ringside in singles matches with Orton may be present-none qualified, all punted off TV)
*Jerry "The King" Lawler vs. Michael Cole (w/ trainer Jack Swagger in the corner) Singles Match with a Special Guest Referee "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
*Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes Singles Match
*John Morrison, Trish Stratus & Snooki (of the TV show Jersey Shore) vs. Dolph Ziggler & Lay-Cool (Layla and Michelle McCool) w/ Vickie Guerrero in a mixed 6 person tag match
*The Corre (Ezekiel Jackson, Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett, Tag Team Champions Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel) vs. Kane, Big Show, Santino Marella & Kofi Kingston in an 8-men tag match

The show open with a video package then Keri Hilson singing America the Beautiful, then with your host the Rock. It's a long promo to open the show as Rock is decked for the hosting duties. Yes Rock used the forbidden "W" word wrestling all promo long. Rock opened the show with a long 20 plus minute catchphrase laden promo that pretty much tore down the house, saying that this would be the most memorable WrestleMania of all-time. Your announcers are Jerry the King Lawler, Michael Cole (despite the match later on) and Josh Mathews. Production values were grand as always, including a big-screen monolith cube they're lowering into the ring before matches.

MATCH #1-Edge (c) w/ Christian vs. Alberto Del Rio w/ Brodus Clay Singles match for the Smackdown World Heavyweight Championship

Edge won clean with the spear. Crowd was super hot for this, particularly in the last two minutes when Edge got out of the armbar. Edge used his cloverleaf/sharpshooter-like submission he used to call the Edge-ucutor near the finish. Christian and Brodus got their moments ringside to intervene in the match. The first saw Clay use a fallaway slam on the floor. The second saw Christian give Clay a tornado DDT on the floor.

Post match Edge did a Flair moment (since he was there for the HOF ceremony for HBK) by dropping an elbow drop on Alberto Del Rio's Rolls Royce car after a few kicks. Christian had a tire iron and Edge smashed up the car and the windows while Del Rio begged. Edge then stood on the hood of the car posing with the belt. Del Rio was crying looking at the shape of his car after they left.

RESULT: Edge wins to retain the Title.

(NOTES: Bit shocked Edge won but even moreso that this went first, but the crowd seemed to be into it so that helps. Looks like the feud will continue on Smackdown too.)

Match two is up folks.

-Rey has a Captain America style outfit on tonight.

Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes
Rey attacks and tries to remove Cody's hood. Head scissors by Rey, kicks follow but then a clothesline by Rhodes. He removes his hooded ring jacket and goes after Rey's knee brace. Hard whip to the corner by Rhodes, kicks by Rey, and then Rhodes head butts hi with the mask. Rhodes covers for 2. Stomps by Rhodes, and into the camel clutch he goes, humbling Rey. Rey escapes, off the ropes and a head scissors, counted and Rhodes with the Alabama slam for 2. Rhodes slams Rey down, goes after the knee brace again, but decides to work over Rey some more. Rhodes now works the nerve pinch, Rey to his feet, rights to escape and a back elbow connects. Rhodes counters the head scissors, Rey on the apron, up top and Rhodes head butts Rey with his mask. STALLING Superplex by Rhodes! That gets a cover for 2. Rights by Rhodes, he yells at Rey about his face, and then a knee to the back. Cross Rhodes countered, and Rey with an arm drag sending Rhodes to the floor. Rey up and a baseball slide dropkick. Rey now misses another, and gets the head scissors to Rhodes to the apron. Rey rolls him into the ring, up top again, seated senton follows. Rey with a roll up for 2. Kicks to the legs by Rey, to the corner, Rey onto Rhodes, shoves him off and kicks by Rey. Wheelbarrow countered into a German by Rhodes and that gets 2. Rey into the RANA off the ropes, Rhodes set, 619 try caught, and a head butt by Rhodes. Catapults Rey into the ropes, and covers for 2. (Good match with the right result as Cody has really come up with something with the dis-figured gimmick. Now to see how thing progress depending on weather Ray takes time off or waits til after the net PPV)

We get some skit stuff with appearances by Dark Match winner the Great Khali, Beth Phoenix, William Regal, Zack Ryder, unfortunately Hornswoggle for the kiddies, Chris Masters, Yoshi Tatsu, the Bella Twins and as announced online a surprise visit by Rowdy Roddy Piper. Then Snoop Dogg makes his celeb appearance for the second ever Wrestlemania by having a rap off where the midget raps. Yes again this took up the time for Bryan/Sheamus folks...

Snoop Dogg is with Teddy Long doing auditions to on on Snoop's tour. William Regal did a rap. Khali & Beth Phoenix did Travolta & Olivia Newton John in Grease. Zack Ryder was singing and Roddy Piper did his cameo hitting Ryder with a coconut. Chris Masters and Yoshi Tatsu, Tatsu sung "We Will Rock You" while Masters bounced his pec. Hornswoggle did a rap without speaking. Snoop Dogg liked it, but Teddy told him Hornswoggle couldn't talk so he didn't get the gig. Hornswoggle then spoke English while the Bella Twins danced.

MATCH #3: The Corre (Ezekiel Jackson, Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett, Tag Team Champions Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel) vs. Kane, Big Show, Santino Marella & Kofi Kingston in an 8-men tag match

It was a 90 second match. Marella used the cobra on Slater followed by Show doing the KO punch on Slater for the pin.

RESULT: Santino and Big Show win it for their team.

(NOTES: Yeah I took more time posting this than the match itself. And again, this stuff made the PPV but not Bryan/Sheamus?!)

Backstage we get some Rock interaction with Eve then Mae Young .Austin appears and the two shake hands before parting.

Match 4

CM Punk vs. Randy Orton
(Ryan, McGillicutty & Otunga are banned from ringside)

Orton's knee is still taped up, selling the injury from Punk. Punk shoots the single leg right away, trying to work the injured leg. Orton sends Punk to the floor, follows and lands uppercuts. A whip, Punk runs up the stairs and then dropkicks them into Orton's knee. Punk rolls Orton back into the ring, goes up top and gets a cross body for 2. Punk now mocks Orton, and then lays the boot to the knee. Orton fires back, 3.0 back breaker connects, but he still favors the knee. Punk gets a stunner like move on Orton's leg, and goes back to work on the knee. Punk nails the corner knee, and then cannon balls down onto the knee, and covers for 2. Punk sets Orton up top, and into the tree of WHOA. Punk up top, stands on the knee, and then drops down onto Orton and covers for 2. Punk calls for the GTS, pulls Orton up, has Orton up, circles with Orton, who elbows out and tries an RKO, countered and into a pin try by Punk for 2. Punk up top now, but takes too long and Orton crotches him. Orton looks over the crowd, up to the 2nd rope and grabs Punk. All the way up top….SUPERPLEX connects! That only gets 2. Punk rolls to the floor, pulls Orton down and slams him knees off of the ring post. Punk now pulls a page from Bret Hart and does the corner post assisted figure four. Punk breaks, back into the ring, leg drop into a leg tie and hammers down on Orton's knee. Punk rips at the knee tape of Orton, but Orton frees himself, to his feet, and gets a clothesline and a snap slam. Thesz Press by Orton, Angle slam follows and Orton covers for 2. Orton grabs Punk, but Punk with kicks and a leg sweep. SWEEP THE LEG! Anaconda vice by Punk, center of the ring, Orton struggles to escape. Orton is able to roll and into the ropes they go, and Punk has to break. Punk to the apron, grabs Orton and Orton fires back. Slams Punk into the post, hangman's DDT by Orton! Orton sets, pounds the mat, stands and looks at Punk. He wants to punt him, and backs to the corner. Orton charges, but his leg gives out on him. Punk laughs, gets to his feet and stares down Orton. Orton tries the KO, but Punk backs out of it and rolls to the floor. Punk again smiles at Orton, to the apron and springs into the ring INTO AN RKO! 1…2…3!

OFFICIAL RESULT: Randy Orton @ 15:00 via pin

(Sold match as hoped for.I'll be intrested to see where they go now as it would be to early for this feud to end early but depends on what happens with the WWE title match which could dictate which diorection things are going)

We get another Rock segment featuring classica characters Mean Gene Okerlund and Howard Finkel as well as Pee Wee Herman. John Cena's No. 1 fan came to confront Rock. It was Pee Wee Herman. Rock gave Pee Wee a pep talk and invited him to leave the Fruit Loop troupe and join Team Bring It. Gene was wearing Cena stuff and Pee Wee said Gene looked looked like a tool. Pee Wee said, "Do you smell what the Pee is cooking." Again somehow these skits keep coming as groundbreaking hosting.

The WWE Hall of Fame class showed before we see who will call the next match with Josh Mathews...Booker T and JIM ROSS! Boomer Sooner is back! Abdullah the Butcher with a cane got some response. Next up was Sunny, The Road Warriors (didn't intro Ellering although he was there), rushing through this, Drew Carey (heavily booed), Bob Armstrong (nice reaction), Jim Duggan (way bigger reaction than anyone so far including the Road Warriors) and then a big pause for Shawn Michaels. WAY TOO RUSHED, an almost disrespectful feeling. Didn't even have the inductors out.

MATCH #5: Jerry "The King" Lawler vs. Michael Cole (w/ trainer Jack Swagger in the corner) Singles Match with a Special Guest Referee "Stone Cold" Steve Austin

The King thankfully came back out to his original music after the 1 week experiment this week on TV with an awful new song. Cole was out in some orange/red suit, headgear and as former WWE ref Jimmy Korderas put it: "wearing black socks like my dad wore with his shorts at family picnics." Austin arrives on a four-wheeler, much to the delight of the fans and the shagrin of Cole, whom he nearly squashed. It's a hot crowd in Atlanta tonight!

What a great start-the match begins with a lot of stalling with Cole hiding in the Cole Mine, but then Cole's face being pounded into the Cole Mine plexiglass, and he gets beaten like a "scolded dog," according to JR. As a referee, Steve Austin is even more blind to cheating than the typical WWE referee, if that's even possible. On a side note, Michael Cole's outfit makes him look like one of those little clementine oranges that are only available around Christmas. Oddly, Michael Cole has tattoos on his shoulders, back and legs. Not good tattoos either; terrible, randomly placed ones. Uh oh- the hot crowd is chanting "boring." That's not a good thing ever, especially at WrestleMania. Jack Swagger took out Lawler's ankle with the ankle lock. Cole got heat on Lawler. We almost saw an Arnold Skaaland throwing-in-the-towel bit there, but Swagger got a stunner instead of the stoppage he wanted. The announcers explain "This isn't boxing. It's sports entertainment. It's acting." And King unleashes "his first WrestleMania dropkick," says JR. Lawler is having a lot of fun in there. Lawler came back and used the fist drop, pulled Cole up at two and put on the ankle lock. Austin has some fun refusing to ring the bell after Cole taps out about 300 times. No piledriver, but a fun match so far with Austin finally accepting the tapout after a while.

And Booker T delivers a crowd-pleasing spinarooni after sharing drinks with Austin, only to suffer a Stone Cold Stunner for his efforts. It makes no sense at all, but the crowd seems to like it. BUT WAIT, there's more! The anonymous GM announces (via e-mail) that Austin's biased refereeing has means The King has been disqualified. It's not a plot twist of Agatha Christie calibre, but it's more indication that Cole is in cahoots with (or perhaps is himself) the GM. Josh Matthews read it, so Lawler threw him in the ring for Austin to give him a stunner. All this post match stuff might be to allow Ross & Lawler to call the rest of the show.

RESULT: Cole wins via disqualification.

(NOTES: Man this match seemed to go longer than most of the card and didn't even deliver the result fans wanted, though it might mean finally the reveal of the RAW GM either as Cole or someone working with Cole all this time...if anyone can remember how this all began...Least it meant JR calling this match and now the rest of the PPV.)

Here we go the Streak is on the line.

Time for HHH vs. Taker.

-HHH, accompanied by guys with shields, comes out to For Whom The Bell Tolls, which then goes into his theme music.

-The gong hits, and Taker enters to Johnny Cash.

No Holds Barred Match: Triple H vs. The Undertaker
They stare down center ring, back off to the corners and here we go. HHH charges in with rights, to the corner and lights up Undertaker. Undertaker shoves him away, and then tosses HHH to the floor. Undertaker follows, and they brawl on the floor. Undertaker slams HHH to the steps, and then dismantles the Spanish Announce Table. Welcome back guys. HHH then spears Undertaker through the Colemine. It didn't want to break at first, but HHH muscled him through. HHH back in the ring and calls Undertaker on. Undertaker back in and they trade rights. Off the ropes, lariat by Undertaker. He lays the boots to HHH, and looks for old school. HHH is able to counter by throwing Undertaker to the mat. HHH clotheslines Undertaker to the floor, and follows. HHH whips Undertaker to the barricade, and now dismantles the regular announce table. He slams Undertaker onto the table, and follows him up there. Undertaker counters, they fights, and Undertaker backdrops HHH to the floor! That had to suck. Undertaker back into the ring, hits the ropes and BIG TAKER DIVE onto HHH! That landing did not look good. On the replay he almost came up short, but he did hit him. HHH appears to be favoring his left wrist. Undertaker sets the bottom of the steps, grabs HHH, takes him over and slams him onto the steps. The steps are by the Spanish Announce Table, they fight, and as Undertaker charges, HHH GETS THE SPINEBUSTER through the table! HHH is up, and brings Undertaker into the ring. HHH back into the ring as well, CHOKESLAM by Undertaker gets 2. Rights by Undertaker, head butts follow. HHH slams him to the corner, shoulder blocks follow. Mounted corner rights by HHH, Undertaker tries the last ride, pedigree countered, but Undertaker gets snake eyes and as he rebounds, a spinebuster by HHH gets 2. HHH rolls to the floor and gets a chair. Boot by Undertaker, and he has the chair. Chair shots to the back of HHH by Undertaker. HHH back up, counters, PEDIGREE! 1…2…NO! HHH stalks Undertaker, to the corner and sets Undertaker on the top. Rights by HHH, he climbs up, Undertaker sneaks under, LAST RIDE! 1…2…NO! Cutthroat by Undertaker, he calls for the end, picks up HHH, tombstone connects! 1…2…NO! Undertaker does NOT approve of this. Undertaker grabs the chair now, slams it down and picks up HHH. Tombstone try again, countered, DDT onto the chair! BOTH men are down. They struggle to their feet, up, PEDIGREE by HHH again! 1…2…NO! Crowd was into that pin. They again struggle to their feet, we're 20-minutes in here, HHH grabs Undertaker, PEDIGREE AGAIN but only 2 again! ! HHH now gets the chair, gets to his feet, and nails Undertaker in the back. A second chair shot by HHH. A third and HHH yells at him to stay down, a 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th chair shot to the back! The ref checks on Undertaker, HHH yells again to stay down. Undertaker to his feet, HHH has the chair, and NAILS Undertaker in the head with it! HHH in the corner as Undertaker lays on the mat, turns and sees Undertaker trying to get to his feet. Undertaker sits up, HHH can't believe it. He yells at him to stay down, ad then says to just die. He asks Undertaker what's wrong with him, Undertaker with the GOOZLE, HHH shake sit off and Undertaker is up and calls him on. HHH with the cutthroat TOMBSTONE BY HHH! Crosses the arms, 1…2…NO! Huge pop there as HHH backs off in disbelief. We get a this is awesome chant for a moment, and HHH to the floor and gets the trusty sledgehammer! HHH says its time, but Undertaker gets Hells Gate! HHH drops the sledgehammer, works to escape, fights, fades…but HHH postures up and continues to fight. HHH gets the sledgehammer, but drops it. His arm drops…he tries to fight again, and he slowly taps.

OFFICIAL RESULT: The Undertaker @ 30:00 via submission

(WOW the Match matched the hype and delivered in a big way.Intresting to note the chair shots but apart from that this was exactly what was required and the right result. If HHH goes into a more backstage role this was a good match to go out on)

Man that looked like it was a classic indeed Andy, maybe a Match of the Year candidate to give Taker 3 in a row. Just to add some post match from that brutal toll of a match, HHH may have hurt his wrist or forearm early in the match as he's holding it even by the end. The Undertaker is doing the sell job of the century after the match because if he was hurt as bad as he's selling they'd wouldn't let him move and instead he rolled to the floor but is still not moving. They did take him out on a stretcher on a cart but were moving him which you wouldn't do if he was really hurt bad.

MATCH #7: John Morrison, Trish Stratus & Snooki (of the TV show Jersey Shore) vs. Dolph Ziggler & Lay-Cool (Layla and Michelle McCool) w/ Vickie Guerrero in a mixed 6 person tag match

Trish posted this prematch video from her site at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbh3dvFgeYw while former ref Jimmy Korderas noted that fellow ref "Jack Doane will now be seen on EVERY entertainment hollywood, access, tonight, TMZ show."

Well Cole goes down as the worst worker on the show as Snooki was as passable as possible with Trish's training help on short notice. One tease spot of Layla & McCool splitting. Morrison gave Ziggler Starship pain to the floor. Snooki did a double handspring elbow on McCool, then did another back flip and splash on her for the pin. Crowd hated her but her two spots look good, she pulled out two old cheerleader moves and it was more than enough with that Gymnastics/Cheerleader background before Snooki pinned Michelle for the win.

Result: Snooki pinned McCool with a backflip splash to win the match for Team Brunette Mafia.

71,617 was the announced crowd and the WWE claimed a record for any "entertainment" event (several sports events have drawn more than that).

(NOTES: Well like the other short match I got to report this was short as rightfully needed to be, this time to get the "TMZ/ET spot". As Trish noted in interviews, she kept Snooki's training to what she could do and it looked way better than the Cole in ring stuff. So it was as good as it can get.)

Time for our Main event of the evening.

They air a pretty awesome Miz video package.

-We have a gospel choir on stage singing for the first part of Cena's entrance. It then goes into a prayer, over a video showing young John Cena, and then John Cena in WWE. Back to the choir singing, and then as Cena's music hits, the BOO BIRDS are out.

WWE Title Match: The Miz © w/Alex Riley vs. John Cena 35
And here we go with the main event of the evening. They lock up, and Cena with a takedown. They circle, lock up again, side headlock by Miz. Off the ropes, shoulder block by Miz. Off the ropes again, hip toss by Cena and Miz backs away. To the corner, Miz takes Cena down and lays the boots to him. Whip to the corner by Miz, follows with the corner clothesline and Cena is down. Miz covers for 2. Lefts by Miz, Cena with as gut wrench suplex and a cover for 2. Side effect by Miz, and a cover gets 2. Cena down in the corner, Miz backs off, then charges in and misses the corner clothesline. Cena up top, fameasser connects and a cover gets 2. Cena misses the corner charge, Miz up and gets a boot to the face, and covers for 2. Boot by Miz, and a cover again for 2. More lefts by Miz now, and Cena is down. Boots by Miz, and then off the ropes and Cena misses a cross body and crashes to the mat. Baseball slide by Miz and Cena to the floor. Miz follows, sets Cena on the apron and then kicks him in the chest. Back into the ring and Miz covers for 2. Miz looks for the skull-crushing finale, countered, proto bomb by Cena and he has the momentum. Crowd hates him. Five Knuckle shuffle connects, attitude adjustment connects, but Miz counters and covers for 2. Drop toehold by Cena, STF try countered, and gets a neck breaker and covers for 2. Miz tries to remove the turnbuckle pad, caught, Cena roll shim up, delayed count and gets 2. Cena fires back, attitude adjustment try, Miz out, STF by Cena applied. Miz battles for the ropes, and gets them. Cena has to break. Riley slams Cena to the exposed buckle, skull-crushing finale by Miz and that gets 2. Miz stalks Cena, tries the finale again, but we get a ref bump. Attitude adjustment by Cena, covers, but the ref is down. Cena checks on the ref, Riley in with the briefcase, and NAILS Cena! Miz covers, ref up, 1…2…NO. Riley and Miz cannot believe this. Riley yells at the ref, distracts him, Miz gets the case, and misses Cena and NAILS Riley. Attitude adjustment, and only 2! To the floor they go, and Cena clotheslines Miz over the barricade. As Miz gets up and onto the barricade Cena to the floor and SPEARS him over the railing and to the floor by the fans. The ref counts, and gets to 10? Yup…

OFFICIAL RESULT: Double Countout @ 15:00

-The Miz retains, and there has to be something coming here.

-The Rock makes his way out to the ring, here we go. The GM chimes in and JR gets to read it. Nope, Rock stops him and reads it. Rock reads and says, "As Raw GM I THINK…" It doesn't mater! Rock says it is not over, and that the match will restart right now…no DQ, no countout, no time limit, no crying to your mom. The match will not end that way. it is time to give the people what they want.

WWE Title Match: The Miz © w/Alex Riley vs. John Cena
We go again, in the ring, Roc kin, ROCK BOTTOM TO CENA! Rock bails, and Miz crawls in and covers Cena for the win.

OFFICIAL RESULT: The Miz @ 1:00 via pin

-Miz celebrates with the title as Rock looks on. Rock hits the ring, rights to Miz. He beats Miz's ass, and gets the spinebuster. People's elbow time. Rock celebrates as the show ends.

(Well Rock got his revenge on Cena by costing him the belt and took Miz out to to send fans home happy. The double count out ending seemed odd and while I was not surprised at the re start I thought it might have lasted longer.Overall a sold Mania in ring wise with HHH-Taker delivering and good efforts in most of the other matches)

Thats all from me hope you enjoyed this years coverage of Wrestlemania check back for any post PPV news as it comes to hand.

Thanks andy for helping with the PPV report! Yes any news on from now until RAW will be posted here, then the Behind the Scenes news will be back to being the normal place for all the news on the WWE and more!

POST-Mania News Prior to RAW

-Rapper Ludacris was sitting behind the announcers.

-Cena debuted his latest merchandise set in red clothing.

-If the crowd didn't come across sounding loud, it's unlikely due to a poor crowd but more due to as explained on the new Mania DVD (which was pushed on the show along with Tough Enough) that bigger arenas make for poorer sound stages.

-Apparently former WWE star Kurt Angle is mad and talking in interviews and online about being ticked about how Randy Orton is using "his" Angle Slam while Michael Cole and Jack Swagger are using "his" Ankle Lock.

"To WWE wrestlers, Don't use my Finish. Get more Creative. Hmmmm- Orton. Did I say that?
I heard Orton had an Awesome match though. Ur welcome. Lol.
I guess Swagger will use my Ankle Lock as well.Very creative. I'm the Best in the World. You Guys will never be Kurt Angle.can I get an AMEN
Kurt Angle will never die. TNA. WWE. I'm a leader. Not follower. :)
Why would WWE use my finishes? Is it because I won't go back? R Orton- Angle Slam. M Cole- Ankle Lock? They have some nerve.
Jerry Lawlor did it too. But He is a Legend. WWE really stuck it to Me.No Love lost. I'm glad that I helped Your biggest Event of the Year:)
To anyone I upset, I am sorry. I didn't watch W-mania last night. I DID get a lot of tweets during Show. About Orton, Swagger, etc.Who cares?
I think the whole thing is Halarious. How I upset all of U amazes me.I don't read dirt sheets, but u heard they r upset. They're 'dirt' sheets
I Hope that W-mania was entertaining for all of You, especially 'The Rock'. Oh, and Orton-relax, I won't beat ur @ss. You can use my move:)
2 Randy Orton's credit, I Heard He had the best match of the night. Good for You! Btw,I Never used Shamrock's finish while he still wrestled
There's a big difference to using a Finish somebody did b4 U, and is doing while U still Wrestle. The fact is, I don't care. Sorry everybody
Lastly,I just found out somebody hacked into my Twitter account. Most of those tweets weren't from me.I just found out today. I will find out
Who would do this? I don't know why somebody would pretend to be me. I apologize for the remarks. I'm not a twitter guy so I rarely use it."

Kurt Angle and Randy Orton are having an argument on Twitter about the use of Angle's Ankle Lock and other moves by the WWE. Angle wants the WWE to not use his move while Orton says that everyone shares moves, and it might be a sign of respect. Orton also mentioned that Ken Shamrock did the ankle lock before Angle.

-Some people had problems ordering the PPV tonight while cable companies had issues trying to get feeds back up in time. Some theatres also showing the PPV lost the feed around the HHH/Taker match. This easily will hurt some of the buyrate numbers.

-Backstage Vince McMahon was none too pleased with Rock's Saturday Night Live-like opening since he led the crowd in a Wrestle-Mania chant, because the company again is trying to eliminate all traces of the word wrestling and any word like it to become an entertainment company when talked about in Hollywood. Rock was definitely neutered thereafter with all the badly scripted skits, while it seems the PPV got censored on language mostly with Steve Austin's stuff. The heavy skit usage was definitely another ploy booked to get that point across to being global entertainment.

-So far injury wise the Undertaker is fine but will need time off to heal his older body sores considering he went out of his way in this match. McCool and others were reported helping him around post show getting to the ride home. HHH might have sprained the hand early in that match. Miz got cut on the lip taking the People's Elbow.

-A lot of result changes came too to try to make it less predictable, mostly on the Edge retaining and Cole winning the decision part of his match.

-The huge Big Screen Cube above the ring might have played into Rey's Avengers Captain America outfit since there's the Cosmic Cube in the upcoming movie.

-The WWE announced via their Twitter account that the gate for WWE Wrestlemania was $6.6 million. The WWE sent out a press release Monday morning promoting the success of WrestleMania and stating the show drew 71,617 and a live gate of $6,600,000. They stated in the release it outdrew a 2000 Backstreet Boys concert and did a larger gate than a 2009 U2 concert. The did state it was the largest ‘entertainment event’ in the history of the Georgia Dome so it doesn’t include any sports events.

-Tonight Raw is in Atlanta, Georgia at the Philips Arena highlighted by The Rock appearing once again and clearly setting up some type of angle with John Cena and we should get a more clear idea of the direction for those two. Sin Cara is also scheduled to make his television debut tonight on the show. Trish Stratus has also teased in interviews that she is planning to be involved in some type of role tonight and one would expect Steve Austin on the show tonight as the push for ‘Tough Enough’ needs to be big tonight to push people to catch the premiere immediately following Raw. Austin did post online he will be there in Atlanta. The Rock has posted on Twitter that he will have a special announcement on the show tonight.

On tap for RAW:

: WWE has announced, via Twitter that the following has been added to Raw tonight:

* Randy Orton & Rey Mysterio vs CM Punk & Cody Rhodes
* US Title Match: Sheamus vs Daniel Bryan
* John Cena calls out The Rock
* Sin Cara will debut
* Steve Austin will appear
* The Rock promises a special announcement
* The fallout from WrestleMania

-Tough Enough for the moment is still primarily being shown in America on the USA Network so there's still no deal with Canada and other countries yet to air it. Tough Enough will be hosted by Steve Austin and featuring Trish Stratus, Booker T. and Bill DeMott as the trainers for the show. The contestants for the show are Rima Fakih, Andy Leavine, Eric Watts, Luke Robinson, Jeremiah Riggs, Mickael Zaki, Ariane Andrew, A.J. Kirsch, Ivelisse Velez, Matt Capiccioni, Christian Crawford and Michelle Deighton. The Tough Enough cast was sitting in the crowd the entire show.

-Raw is currently scheduled to go off the air at 11:15PM ET tonight. The USA Network has granted them permission to go longer if they need, due to the fact that it would be a strong lead-in for the Tough Enough premiere.

-The WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will air tonight at 8pm EST on the USA Network and in Canada on Tuesday at 6:30pm EST on The Score. Shawn Michaels, Sunny and The Road Warriors' inductions into the WWE Hall of Fame will be showcased on tonight's USA Network special.

-Jim Ross posted on Twitter that Sunday night was a one-off and not scheduled to continue in an on-air role.

-Matt Hardy, Luke Gallows and Tommy Dreamer were all visiting in Atlanta with the WWE talent at WrestleMania. Sean Waltman was sitting ringside for the Undertaker vs. Triple H match. HBK saw the match from a Skybox after appearing with the other HOFers. He posted on Twitter that he is heading home to San Antonio, and is not expected to be a part of Raw tonight. Billy Gunn was also visiting backstage.

-Triple H's Barbarians were The Barbarians for Triple H's entrance at WrestleMania were Lane Vasser, Wes Grissom, JT Talent, Chrisjen Hayme, Jessco Blue, Shaun Tempers, Matt Boyce, Lani Kealoha, Jacob Ashworth, and Andrew Alexander. They are not FCW talent but local talent who were almost all from NWA Anarchy, but they were Georgia and Tennessee based indie wrestlers.

-Summerslam was trending on Twitter, likely due to being the next big PPV where Rock/Cena could occur.

-After WrestleMania, Abdullah the Butcher set up a gimmick table at the WWE hotel and was selling autographs and photos.

-According to TMZ, the guys behind Pit Boss have teamed up with VH1 to produce a new reality show similar to Basketball Wives, titled Wrestler Wives. Sources have stated that Sharmell Sullivan-Huffman (Booker T's wife), Stacy Carter (Jerry Lawler's ex-wife. Kizarny's current wife) and Jackie Haas (Charlie Haas' wife) will be the focus of the show. The show will center around Booker T's wrestling school in Texas, which Sharmell runs along with Booker.

-TMZ has news on Snooki's appearance along with other news sites like at http://www.ctv.ca/CTVNews/Entertainment/20110404/snooki-wins-wrestlemania-110404/

-Moving forward, WWE wants to put in a celebrity and a female personality every year.

-The Rock will be on the Ellen DeGeneres show on April 11th.

-Chris Jericho will be on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno on April 13th. Chris Jericho will be appearing on the syndicated Rachel Ray show tomorrow, discussing Dancing with the Stars.

-Trish Stratus, Booker T and Bill DeMott will be on Raw tonight plugging Tough Enough. The cast members to be there as well though it it's unsure if they'll be seen on TV. That will likely be Steve Austin's major role on the show to introduce the show and get fans to tune into the premiere after RAW.

-Apparently Amber Riley of Glee was in the gospel choir for the John Cena opening that was booed out of Atlanta.

-Awesome Kong and Scott Steiner were seen going backstage just recently in Atlanta. Kong appearing is possible. Steiner is more than likely just visiting.

-Due to the domination of the Country Music awards, nothing relating to WrestleMania was among the top searched stuff on Google after the show, although late last night a WrestleMania mention got as high as No. 19, but today nothing once again.

-Jerry Lawler's first post-Mania match is Saturday night in Fort Smith AR for Traditional Championship Wrestling teaming with Matt Riviera to face The Dark Circle. Jazz, Malia Hosaka, Rodney Mack and Bobby Eaton are also on the show.

-Last night was the first time in the history of WrestleMania that no titles changed hands on the show.

-The New York Times has an article on Big Show where he discusses having problems traveling at his size.

-Jon Moxley, a central part of the Kamikaze USA Group in Dragon Gate USA, has been offered a WWE developmental deal. The indie promotion has confirmed that he is being released from his DGUSA deal with their full blessing.

Originally trained by Cody Hawk and Les Thatcher, Moxley finished with DGUSA this past weekend and he is scheduled to finish with EVOLVE on April 19 in New York City.
