Linux Missing Full Screen Key

So let me start off by saying, I have a very unusual setup, I'm using Firefox on Linux in a dedicated XServer with CWiid as a mouse.

Since the mouse isn't as accurate as I'd like, I tend to use key bindings for things like volume or skip forward/back.

The one key that doesn't seem to work, is 'f' for full screen. Works great on Windows, not so much on Linux, using Firefox 3.

The f key does nothing on my Linux box. Is there a reason why things aren't consistent? It is a PITA when I hit the new window button rather than full screen, as the separate window doesn't work very well in my setup. (In fact I wish I could simply turn that button off.)

It's the same player regardless of the OS so there must be some inconsistency with Adobe Flash itself that is causing this to happen but I'll see if there's anything we can do to make it more consistent.

Edit: We weren't able to figure out why it's not working since it's implemented in the same way as the other shortcut keys. So, if anyone has any ideas of what the cause of the problem could be, you can post them here.

Weird, I would assume that you're calling the same full screen function as when the user clicks on the full screen button.

In addition other key bindings are working, it is just the f which doesn't. You might try switching the function calls between mute and full screen in your test environment to isolate if it is the full screen function or the f key which is causing the problem.
