I suppose I am at certain times during the year. Mainly when the second semester of school starts. I can easily go from being angry to depressed.

Most of the time I'm pretty stable. Sometimes I get mood swings or I get depressed for no real reason. Stress affects me pretty badly though. I deal with it by getting really angry and I kinda take it out on anyone or anything around me.

Yeah that happens to me too. I usually keep my real feelings inside and then one day if i get angry, sad, stressed, or scared i cry it all my feelings out. But i don't cry for long.

Yes, well, that's why I take antidepressants. I'm very emotional and ridiculous if I don't.

don't take depression pills they might help you in a short run but in later days they will just come back even more terrorizing.

Its a true story, i hope you stop eating them and go to yoga or go to jogging, they are more natural and healthier way and it doesen't FUCK UP your mind even more. God bless.

Happens to some of us, man. Could be lots of reasons why. Chemical imbalance in the brain (that really does happen). A ton of stress can over-work the brain. The list can go on and on. I used to be like that (one moment fine, the next, not), but luckily I got some help and a good doctor and therapist. Doesn't work for everyone but ya never know.

Worst case scenario, you are Bi-polar, but I would guess not since you seem to run more down than anything else.

Just know you sure as hell aint alone in that.

Oh dear God, Shut UP!!!!

I used to think like you. That chemicals dont work, cant help, avoid them. Then the world caved in around me with nowhere else to go but death (really) and I was like, F--that!!!

So I tried a version of Anti-depressants. And you know what? They actually WORK!!!
There have been a few adjustments in how much I take but all in all, they do actually work. And I've been on them for about 5 years now.

Now, I do believe that drugs alone will not help. You need someone good and professional to talk to as well as good things to do in general (yeah, Yoga is one of them). But to say that in later days it just comes back more terrorizing is irresponsible and just plain wrong. If that happened to you (as I'm guessing it did, else why say it) then you did something wrong. How can I say that? Cause Ive been going 5 years + strong and I've never looked back saying it was worse, etc.

Of course, I have a strong will that helps me get through. But if you are serious about your well being, you will find that strength too.
