Hi there,

When canceling your premium membership, CR wont let you use the remaining paid(!) days.
I guess it is intended: You have to cancel your membership at the last minute of the last day if you want to enjoy the full time you have paid which is impossible (and unacceptable IMHO).

My Questions:
Is this legal in the USA where CR resides? This Robs the customer of any period of cancellation...
Does local jurisdiction apply for a european customer? I guess not...


And just my 2cents if CR should just delete this post cuz its uncomfortably:
You should be thankful to every paying customer - there are HQ Fansubs and other torrents on mass and not ANY single customer of yours is dependent of your service. They do it because of their good will. You are Greedy.

Mmmm

for me i have I paid 14$ for crunchyroll ( 14$ is alot in my country ) without knowing it i was using the free member ship, and forgot about it till now,

so u need to have more option for the payment thing it kill ppl like me

Before canceling your membership, it should have been stated that the membership would cease functioning immediately. Since you may have overlooked this and did not mean to immediately cancel your membership, I have reactivated your membership and disabled it from renewing so that you can enjoy the remaining membership you have without worrying about being charged again, unless you decide to sign up for a new subscription.
