i think it is.. God gave us the most important gift ever: the gift of life.. and if we are lazy and arent doing much in life and wasting time, we are basically wasting his gift..and i think that laziness is a fault of mankind..

Well actually everyone can get tempted to be lazy sometimes but we have to fight that temptation because that can lead us to sin.

"The sluggard buries his hand in the dish and will not even bring it back to his mouth." - King Solomon.

That's the first thing that comes to mind concerning lazy people. I don't think it says anywhere "thou shalt be less lazy", because laziness isn't quantifiable.

Yeah but as I said before it can lead to sin. Because you might not read the Bible anymore or not do what is right cuz I don't "feel like it". You see what I mean?

Well, Jesus says not to be lazy, and disobeying Jesus is a sin, right?

That's is true in some point but like @jennamgc said laziness can lead to sin so you shouldn't be lazy. But of course we are still human it's fine to sometimes be lazy. BUT if it causes you to backslide and not go to church or read your Bible then there's a problem. Hope this helps! :D

Sloth is the sin, if you want to look at it that way.

But I just personally think that definition of sin varies from each person. We are all so different and have different relationships with God. What's right for one may not be for another, I can see this in my own life.
