As much as I like Gosick I hope it doesn't become the anime that refuses not to end. It is much more enjoyable to watch an anime that has a good plot line, like a good book, that also concludes when it is natural, that way it is both dignified and will forever be endeared in the hearts of watchers.

i don't want Gosick to be never ending like Naruto and bleach (used to be my favs but got too long) but i would like to see more episodes......i want to see what happens when they're older kind of thing because of that old man says they won't die together |

(I'm sorry I know this post is a little old, but)
I agree @Selwhyn, usually what makes a story like this is the ending - but I think this series easily deserves at least 3 seasons! They only have 3 episodes left to show (of this season) at my time of writing this; honestly I feel it would be a push for them to sum everything up in such a short time.
Does anyone know who to follow to hear about if Gosick is going to have a second season? I mean what network or company or whatever is responsible for giving the go ahead on it?

i think that it should atleast have an OVA or 2 like most good anime, it may have a 2nd season from the books Gosick S, but since i haven;t read them, Gosick anime series may be Gosick and Gosick s stories in that one anime
