If it makes them prettier to look at, well, why the hell not?

I say if someone knows they will be happy having plastic surgery then no one should stop them and they should go for it.
There is no point in stopping someone from doing it because all you doing is letting them stay the same while will cause them to be depressed.

I would never get it done because I think that you should be appreciative of what God gave you.
HOWEVER, if people do, they do. And they'll probably look nice and feel better about themselves. To each their own. Que sera, sera.

Plastic surgery are for shallow people with low self esteem. You see women on talk shows that yap away about how they are doing for themselves and that they are "confidant".

Bitch, who the hell are you fooling?

Well, i feel sorry for them . They waste their money for that . I mean, after many years it will be distorted or something... But then, it's their life and their money . So let them do what they want . They probably need an attention or happiness .

I think, personally, I've got what I've got for a reason. There is nothing I don't like about my body or face that I can't change with a good workout regime and proper diet. What people do is their business. Everyone has their own reason and it's not my job to judge them on it. Sometimes it really can make you look more beautiful; I don't care what people say. Despite Megan Fox's attitude, she was always pretty and looked even better after she got a nose job. However, if you look a hot mess from all that collagen, you can bet I'll be looking (probably involuntarily.)

Plastic surgery for cosmetic purposes is vain, but restorative work is fine. For instance, I wouldn't think any less of someone who gets work done after he/she suffers a horrible burn.

I think if plastic surgery is what's needed to make people feel more comfortable in their own skin then go for it.
I however wouldnt just because i think plastic surgery is...fragile, i dont know if that's the right word to call it thought.
I'm the type that doesnt wear foundation because it'd make me feel fake so imagine how i'd feel if i got plastic surgery, i wouldnt be able to stand it if people think i look good because i fixed my self unnaturally.

I only truly think people who really needs it should get it. As in, If someone got into a car accident and fucked up their face then yes, get it done.

Other then that I don't think it's necessary. Seriously, wut if somebody close to u passes away and they wanna visit but they can't cuz u got super plastic surgery and their ghost can't recognize u

Plastic surgery give people the rare opportunity for their outer appearance to reflect their inner appearance; fake. Restorative plastic surgery is alright with me though. There's a difference between an insecure, flat chested 25 year old girl, and a 3rd degree burn victim. If I ever dated a girl who got a boob-job, I don't think I'd be able to hold back making fun of her. It's a combination of appreciation of natural beauty and being just plain shallow; sorry, I guess.

The title basically says it all. I searched a bit but didn't find anything too related but lock if duplicate.

My opinion is that unless you have a deformity or some sort of serious injury then plastic surgery isn't really needed. Of course there are other schools of thought. So how do you feel?

Same opinion. Some people need it. People that were in accidents, burn victims, and the like but other than that no.

Doing anything that isn't needed is really vain and superficial. Have a very low opinion of people that do.

People might mistake my face for a mules butt but I'd still never do anything to change it. Also, fake boobs look ridiculous.

Course people are free to do whatever they want if it doesn't hurt others but that doesn't mean I have to like it.
