I don't know what parts of the manga is the anime covering or for how many episodes.
this is an excellent manga...(for me) it got a solid plot.. and for what I've read..its is not for the faint hearted...got a lot of gore, battle, some fan service ( yeah, im talking about you Chief Makina) and yeah I hope this doesnt disappoints.

so are you a fan? what are your thoughts about it..?

Deadman Wonderland was one of the most hyped anime series this year. It definitely has a lot to live up to, but even if it fails, it'll still have a huge fanbase. (Look at IS: Infinite Stratos)
Anyone know if it's 26 or 13 episodes?

Just did a bit of research and it's apparently 24-26. I'm also a bit uncertain because this stuff is usually unknown until we're closer to the release date. Thanks anyway.

i'm a huge fan of the manga and its really fantastic.
the story, art and flow of everything is well synchronized.

looking forward for this anime adaptation :)

hope they still include those gore stuff from the manga coz it pretty much builds the atmosphere that the story is trying to imply.

The manga is finishing soon isn't it? at least that's the way its looking, this should be an awesome anime.

Countdown, Fansub Wiki, and Moetron all list it as 12 episodes. I cannot recall Countdown itself ever having an error in the episode count (likely due to being more conservative about posting them), but when all three agree, you can take it to the bank.

That does not mean there may not already be plans to green-light a second series if the initial results are expected, but even if so, there would no doubt be at least a one season gap between.

Hadn't heard of this one before, but it looks really really good. Can't wait for it.

I read the manga during every release til they shown who the red egg was. After that I was like "Well Ill get wait til its finished or give it some time" but I really hope they do good for the voices because sadly I already ended up getting the japanese cast set in my mind when I was reading the series.
